Tuva is a relatively short Auri man with a rather lean, almost wiry build; his top half has more obvious muscle than his lower half, given his preference for archery, though he's still nowhere near buff. Oddly enough, his skin appears unblemished, unscarred, almost pristine for a man of the Steppe. Apart from that, he's fairly bog standard, physically-- Oh, unless his ink-stained teeth and obscenely long, flat, gently pointed tongue count as weird. They probably do. Disregard, he cleaned his mouth out so the black's mostly gone. The tongue's still pretty long though.

Biography

Tuva was just your average Dalamiqi boy for most of his life; he swam, he fished, he bickered with his seven older sisters, and he was a pain in the ass for at least the first twenty years of his life. And then he met a traveller, a foreigner, on a rare trip to Reunion, and he became infatuated with them. This would've been probably disaster enough if he hadn't also taken this spark of inspiration as a perfectly good reason to escape the impending challenge to his father, who had declared that he would take on all comers, but only after his only son had completed his challenge for khanship.

Naturally, Tuva, being a rather idiotic kid barely out of his teens and terrified of the responsibility and pressure being khan would bring, chose to follow the foreigner out of the Steppe instead. Because he was just an obnoxious kid, not even temporary affection borne of necessity and closeness could carry him that far, and things broke down very messily with Tuva's beautiful foreigner and left him alone, ignorant of life outside of the one world he'd known, and all he could do was slowly make his way to Aldenard.

And here he is, 43 summers and a little more forced in how carefree he is, a lot more practiced in slang Common, and without a single gil to his name. He's essentially living off of Momodi's charity in the Quicksand, occasionally doing errands and chores for her in return, and too ashamed to return to the Dalamiqi village or even let his parents know that he's alive.

♥♥ Banan Oronir - Fucking Banan. Tuva's head over heels for this idiot sunfucker, even if their first meeting involved them squabbling over Dalamud's fall. He'd do anything for him...But they're not together; and it's quite clear that they won't be ever, and Tuva is absolutely struggling with his feelings being unrequited. ...The upside, at least, is that Banan makes him want to be a better person, and he's trying to better his skills bit by bit to be worth his love.
