The lovers longed to forge a tribe of their own--to discover their true god and calling in life. The price, however, was having no resources to survive; no support, shelter, or weapons. They only had each other. After one merciless year, his sweet passed away, leaving behind a small, nameless babe. The child was birthed in exchange of her mother's life. The man was alone in the sands, burdened with heartbreak and the responsibility of a new soul. That night, the mourning man was visited by a giant, monstrous, horned beast. Rhino is a very peculiar tribe because of how secluded they kept themselves. Even though they're a two letter tribe, they refused to make many lasting connections to neighboring tribes in Sagolii. They're commonly known for talking in a different tongue when around each other. It was normal for their children to not speak Eorzean until mastering their own tribe's tongue.
Rhino is now a dead tribe, as they fell victim to a viscous genocide. They homes were raided, burned to the ground, and their people were slaughtered. The cause is still unknown to this day. Everything about the Rhino tribe is forgotten in the sands, and there's nothing to remember them by due to their absence of written documentation. Just like the mighty Rhino, their existence rolled back into the clouds...
