Ash is an introvert almost to the extreme, and a victim of unfortunate aetherochemical over-saturation. This has led to a mutation at the very helix level of DNA, causing consistent changes in their physical appearance, from a petite female Au Ra to a massive male Roegadyn. Preferring to stay away from most, if not all, of the hustle an bustle of city life, only coming out of the Free Company's Ward to occasionally enjoy a refresher by means of hearing others talk, and to garner any possible news that may come from it. Even if introverted, Ash tries their best to speak to those they are familiar with, and holds dear any they can actually call a friend. Feeling obligated to protect Ash's friends, they have a general disregard for their own being, often preferring to withstand a blow for their fellow then allow them to be hit at all. Currently Ash resides in 'Roar Deal Trading Co.', or in the general vicinity of the Free Company as either a Doorman, watching the comings and goings, or just being a lay-about, yawning themself numb from the perpetual boredom they often face from choosing to stay isolated away from the general populace of the world. Ash enjoys the general energetic crew of the Free Company, and despite acting as though it's a pain to help with varied tasks or adventures they will still come along with any of them if asked to do so . Ash shares a powerful bond with a long-time friend, Kazma. Often referring to her as "Queen", the two are usually found together idling in boredom, or talking over breakfast coffee in the mornings. They also like participating in various challenging tasks or simulations, often to Ash's complaining. Complaints or no, Ash follows along anyway because a fun time is sure to be had with Kazma, or anyone in the Free Company.
