Though Seiko has known the girl to have a knack for attracting trouble ever since their first meeting she was surprised to recently learn that also included organized crime.

A young poet hailing from Doma. The two started as pen pals and quickly became close after meeting in Limsa Lominsa. Seiko cared deeply for Hideki but she struggled to understand his feelings for her and her own for him. After realizing how Hideki felt about her, she planned to tell him her name. Unfortunately, he did not seem to care about the gesture and had already moved on. Feeling hurt and betrayed, Seiko lashed out at him and the two have not spoken since.
