A young poet hailing from Doma. The two started as pen pals and quickly became close after meeting in Limsa Lominsa. Seiko cared deeply for Hideki but she struggled to understand his feelings for her and her own for him. After realizing how Hideki felt about her, she planned to tell him her name. Unfortunately, he did not seem to care about the gesture and had already moved on. Feeling hurt and betrayed, Seiko lashed out at him and the two have not spoken since. She feels much regret over the way things were left and hopes they can reconcile someday.

A seemingly naive and kindhearted miqo'te woman that offered Seiko chocolates after witnessing her in an exchange of harsh words with a man at the Quicksand. Though Seiko has known the girl to have a knack for attracting trouble ever since their first meeting, she was surprised to recently learn that also included organized crime.

An employee of the Rendezvous teahouse that offered Seiko and Hideki a place to stay. He was somewhat of a surrogate parent to the two of them and fussed over their well-being as they adjusted to life in Ul'dah. Seiko thinks very highly of him but often worries about his health and safety. She agreed to join Rendezvous so she could be in a better position to watch over him and Hideki.

Seiko loathes the man but grudgingly holds her tongue and minds her temper in his presence for she stands to lose much should she lash out at him again. Seiko cut her ties with Rendezvous after Terris used his 'Eye of oppression' on her and another member.
