The Character

The History of X'vhana Vett starts with the circumstances of her birth. Long before she was born, her mother, X'leelha Shoka, had this deep desire for a child. X'leelha felt she was getting older and older and still she had not birthed a child with any Nunh. The reason why she waited to have a child was because she had a strong dislike, and in some cases, a deep hatred, for most of the males in her tribe. X'leelha outright refused to mix her blood with any of those males to create a child. After several years of resentment towards the males of her tribe, a rare opportunity arose in X'vett Tia. The young, 15 year old Tia, had somehow managed to defeat the current Nunh, and become the tribe's newest breeding male. So, on that very night X'vett gained the title of Nunh, the much older X'leelha, hunted X'vett down, and mated with the teenager. Leelha knew the youngster wouldn't keep the title for long. As she predicted, the 15 year old X'vett was challenged and defeated the next day, and lost his title. However, Leelha already gotten what she came for. She was pregnant, and she would have a child with a male she did not despise. Unlike other females of her tribe, she was secluded. This was of her own doing. She just prefered to hunt, fish, and live on her own. Rarely did she help or ask for help of the others in her tribe. So, she had her first and only child, X'vhana Vett, without the aid of the other females.

When X'vhana Vett was a young child, she didn't have many friends due to the other mothers keeping their children away from her. X'vhana was the daughter of a cold loner Female and a young man who was only Nunh for a day. X'vhana faced a lot of prejudice due to the circumstances of her birth.
