Appearance

Gentle is by no means a small Roegadyn, towering at over 7 feet tall and being clearly somewhat buff, as befits his race. His eyes glow with a purplish-yellow tint, and his hair is clearly dyed bright purple; it matches the light purple tattoos on his forehead and under his eyes. He has a prominent scar across his nose, and doubtless more somewhere or another. It's rare to see him without glasses or a mask on his face, and he commonly fiddles with both.

He holds himself with a restrained air, semi-confident but clearly shy to articulate it. He prefers to keep his hands close to his chest, and has a surprisingly steady stance. To the studied eye, it's hard to believe he's merely a healer; the Roegadyn stands as though he's been pushed around and knows exactly how to take the force of someone attacking him.

Overall, he's big, soft, and clearly a bit more than he seems, but not unapproachable.

Personality

Put simply, Gentle is strongly akin to his name. A bit cautious and nervous, he warms considerably around others who treat him nicely, and prefers to be seen, rather than heard: few can hear his soft footsteps, but are rather alerted to his presence by his shadow alone. However, he has considerable depth to his character - in no small part due to the things he hides.

As he presents himself to others, Gentle is much like his namesake. He likes people and, while cautious, enjoys helping and talking with others. He's actually somewhat withdrawn, and prefers to not say the first words unless something prompts him. However, when he does start talking, he rarely likes to stop. He additionally seems to lack an accent, and has almost perfect diction. Overall, he initially comes off as withdrawn. However, as he grows more familiar with people and more comfortable, Gentle reveals an almost uncharacteristically joyous and boisterous underbelly. While he's rather shy on his own, he seriously enjoys making his friends happy and bringing them about with him on adventures. While in combat, he's entirely serious about his work, and tends more towards overhealing his teammates instead of seriously attacking the enemy. It's a strange dichtomy, of course, but he doesn't seem to notice as much. Internally, however...
