This led to hours of casual, low-key conversation that Khale found oddly satisfying and left him wanting to learn more. With very few exceptions, they have conversed in one form or another every day since, until they both seemed to find a comfortable spot with the other. Their fledgling relationship continues to build slowly and steadily, at precisely the pace it needs to.
