Miyako stands at an average height for most midlanders. Her complexion slightly tanned and sun damaged but her beauty mostly in tact. her age shows in the small creases on her face present around her eyes and lips.

This woman often dresses in a casual limsian dress with a fastened bodice and often will never be seen outside the city state without a comfortable pair of pants or skirt worn. She dresses her age and does not think that reducing her amount of clothing will help her in any situation. The colors of her clothing are usually dull and do not catch the eye.

Another sign of her years is streaked through her hair where it has grown grey and without pigment like her natural black hair. Often she can be seen with her hair long and down her back in comparison to tied up.
