Fashion Style: Devyn normally wears conservative, functional attire, though he's not afraid to go to the beach or other casual places in more casual garb. He's very picky about his clothing's appearance and has been known to gripe when forced by circumstances or necessity to wear something that isn't up to his usual standards.

Other Appearance Details: Devyn is lean and fit, as much due to his practice as an archer and hunter as to his often distant travels in his work as a healer. His pale skin tends to sunburn easily and he sometimes has a difficult time healing that away. He keeps himself and his clothing very clean.

Attitude: Usually energetic, often playful, and rarely grumpy. He can, however, be more serious when he feels it suits the situation.

Positive Traits: Devyn is upbeat and friendly, ever-helpful and fiercely loyal to his friends, often to the point of neglecting his own duties, but thoughtful when he believes it's required. Though he might make a show of fear when he's not being serious Devyn is brave, sometimes stupidly so, and is willing to attempt just about anything.

Negative Traits: While friendly, he can be awkward and shy at times. This is especially evident when talk becomes more serious. He's also very reluctant to speak about his past and will outright lie, even to his closest friends.

Quirks: He prefers to keep himself and his clothing clean, and in some cases will go out of his way to do so. He's also easily distracted and can find himself stopping to view the scenery or talking about something completely irrelevant when he should be more focused.

In-Character Job: Healer and sometimes combat medic for the Oathless Free Company. His varied abilities come in handy on various tasks as well, even if he won't always say where he acquired them.

Professional Skills: Devyn learned stealth years ago on the streets of Ul'dah, and his time in training as a hunter and tracker in the Black Shroud has only sharpened his skills. He's also a more qualified healer than he gives himself credit for, and his skills in that area are constantly being improved upon.

Amateur Skills / Hobbies: A reasonably good shot with a bow, Devyn is a capable enough hunter. He has some knowledge of tanning, taught by his mentor in Gridania, but has never pursued it beyond learning the basics. If he can be said to have a hobby, it would be travel. He absolutely loves traveling to new places and seeing the amazing sights Eorzea has to offer.

Likes / Wants: Devyn absolutely loves the rain, though for some reason he's reluctant to admit it. He acquired a taste for Gridanian ale and mead once he moved there, though he's never been fond of wine. Oh, also, scenery. Tall and majestic, wide open, enclosed and mysterious, it doesn't matter. Devyn loves seeing new things.

Dislikes / Avoids: Eft eyes. Don't ask. Really, any eyes that are no longer attached to the original creature. Corruption of any sort, especially among authority. Sunburns. Being dirty/grimy.

Favored Traits: Devyn is drawn towards women who share his capacity for compassion and care about others as well as those who share his playful nature. He appreciates a woman who is clever or intelligent and can keep up with some of his more ridiculous jokes. He thinks shyness is cute, but only so long as it isn't crippling to the point of destroying conversation. Though he might protest (or fight back!), he does enjoy being teased so long as he knows it's in fun.

Disfavored Traits: A calloused or snobbish attitude, whether towards people or the world in general. People who complain but dismiss all offered solutions, or people who won't accept help in general, frustrate him.

Altani Dothral - A friend from Oathless. His senior in Company if not in age, Altani has been extremely supportive of Devyn's struggles to improve as a healer.

Temujin Oromir - A friend from Oathless. Tem relies on Devyn far too much for social advice, and Dev has been getting some ideas about how to use this for fun and humor.

Vixanya Minuet - A friend from Oathless. After a chance meeting in the middle of the desert, Vixanya directed him towards Oathless, for which he is very grateful.

E'ratikah Sjah - Devyn and Tika know each other from both the Archers' and Conjurers' Guilds in Gridania. She enjoys teasing him about his hair and he enjoys threatening to reveal embarrassing mistakes she made when they were on assignment together.

Calliope Cloverbloom - Devyn and Callie met when Devyn nearly fell over in front of her, carrying a large sack of recently mended clothing and the two hit it off.
