Appearance & Personality
A man always dressed to impress. Tetenuko goes out of his way to dress to his fullest when out and about, always dawning his signature shades to help keep out the sands of the desert.
Considered overly friendly he will often go out of his way to meet new people and make friends, though at times this is just a simple way to make new contacts or loosen them up so he can challenge them to a game of cards or some other competition. He has an addiction to gil and is often attracted to those with a lot of it. He can never refuse a challenge, even if the odds are completely against him. The quickest way to this man's heart is his pockets. He will be a loyal ally to anyone he knows has a decent sum of gil, and will often betray or lose interest in those that lack funds.
He is quick to joke when spoken with, often poking fun at nearly anyone, even those he just met. Though despite his cheerful and humorous nature he is also quick to anger, if things don't go his way for too long he quickly grows quiet and will often depart from the situation, or simply get a bit too serious with his comments towards people. This can easily be swayed however if he overhears anything of interest or spots another chance to make some gil.

Biography
Despite always being near unsavory characters, Tetenuko had a pretty simple life. Having a family that was well stocked on gil helped carry him through much of his early years, and caused his personal addiction to gil to surface. After his family passed he took over the 'business' and began selling jewelry and other trinkets to those that were interested. Though due to his ever growing addiction to gil he began something that could get him quite a bit closer towards his desire to own anything. Information. Becoming a merchant for 'information' he began working with many unsavory characters and mercenaries, offering information at the cost of gil or assistance for future projects. Even now he still uses his job of selling jewelry and trinkets as a cover, allowing him to easily wander the streets and get to know the locals of each city.
He also learnt over the years that 'friends' will often pay more than strangers.
