Lore Plausible: I stick to the lore given by Square Enix as much as possible, filling in the gaps with plausible fabrications.
No meaningless ERP: If our characters are going to conjugate, it has to make sense to the characters as well as us.
I have zero tolerance for prejudice or hate of any sort based on gender, sexual preference, race, color, creed, or ethnicity OOC. It's one thing if your character is a racist asshole. It's quite another if you fit that description.
