Sirus is the younger of the twin children of House Shadowstar. His father, Lord Integris, and twin sister, Ceridwen, are what remains of his family, the minor house of Ishgard. He is a knight, in sworn service to House Haillenarte, assigned to Camp Cloudtop and the Rose Knights. He's also quite the mischief maker, but don't worry. He doesn't want anyone to actually get hurt!

Ishgardian Nobility
As a minor noble, his house doesn’t merit attention very often. And that’s how they prefer it right now. Most houses view them with an air of distrust, due to a brush with accusations of heresy around twelve years ago. There are a few houses that treat them neutrally or kindly, after all this time. But not many. Other nobles close to his age may have been friends with he and his sister, prior to the heresy incident. Most would have turned away when it happened though. There also would’ve been tutors of varying kinds. Also, while Dwen is the older twin, Sirus is the heir to the House.
Heresy Incident
Sirus would’ve been introduced to a number of priests, inquisitors, and knights, during the three months that her House was under investigation. There also would’ve been plenty of people present at the Tribunal in which his family was exonerated. As well as business associates that turned away from their house, during this time.
Cheswick Shadowstar
His disowned half-brother who became a heretic and all that mess. He was 19 when Sirus and Dwen were born. He was a avid businessman. And he despised the twin’s mother, his stepmother, though no one in their family knew until the heresy incident. He was 34 when he was witchdropped. He had heretic associations, as well as Isghardian business partners who didn’t know about his heresy. These people may or may not be familiar with Dwen and Sirus.
Marriage Prospects
Integris is actively seeking a noble lady to be Sirus’s bride. Sirus’s status as heir means he needs to marry and produce an heir of his own, soon. He is not particularly pleased with his current prospects. He has a problem with speaking before he thinks. And his pranking tends to paint him with a bad reputation.
Rose Knights
Sirus was pledged in service to House Haillenarte, as a way to smooth his entrance and training into the knights. He’ll have mentors, comrades, and competition through that.
Xenophobia Incident
Sirus was assigned to Camp Cloudtop, instead of a more promising place, because of an incident where he assaulted an officer. The officer was harassing an outsider, (unbeliever, not heretic) and Sirus took exception. When the officer wouldn’t be swayed by words, Sirus lost his temper and punched him. So there’s an officer out there who got punched. And there’s an outsider who’d know him as a result of this. Plus whatever other knights were present as witnesses. There’s several details of this incident not yet set in stone.
Camp Cloudtop
This post is probably one of the worst places for someone with as much energy as Sirus, to be assigned. He’ll have his comrades, superior officers, and rivals there. As well as the non-knight acquaintances who live there.
Pranks, Comedy, and Misbehavior
Sirus loves jokes. And non-harmful pranks. He’s likely made a reputation for himself as the knight who might show you the frog he’s hiding in his pocket. And for possibly hiding that frog in his fellow knights’ bunks. He’s often on disciplinary duty for his disruptive behavior. His skill as a decent lancer and knight is his one saving grace among the temple knights.
