B A C K G R O U N D

Bruce grew up in Ishgardian territory with two caring parents, went to school, had a normal life. When he was 19 he joined the military, only to be dishonorably discharged for disobeying orders to get him and his wounded unit commander to safety. Shortly after he found himself a new life among mercenaries, which he found very profitable. Bruce was never really taught how to taught properly other than the brief training he got in his military time, everything else he either learned in the heat of combat or taught himself how to do in his spare time.

Bruce is a very large and fit man, known to have beaten Roes in arm wrestling and duels. One story he would be proud to tell is how he single-handedly defeated three Roes with nothing but his fists, a beer mug, and a mild buzz, course he wouldn’t neglect to say it was anything but an easy battle.
