Rhaq'a Zhwan is a skilled arcanist, and a member of the Zhwan clan's branch family.

Appearance

Tall and lanky, Rhaq'a Zhwan personifies the studious scholar. Silky black locks frame his pale features, bringing attention to his bright yellow eyes. Unlike most Miqo'te—especially those from his clan—Rhaq'a has very little facial marking, only having a few patches around his eyes.
