Appearance
Rhoe is fairly rough and tumble girl, with dark purple dagger cut hair and a scar on her face. She normally dresses very comfortably preferring things she can simply throw on to outfits she actually has to take time to put together. She wears little make up and is almost always seen carrying a sword.
History
Rhoe was born in a remote camp site some where on the outskirts of Ala Mhigo to a Miqo'te tribe of outcasts, her mother a former Molkot matriarch left her clan after a disagreement with the High Matriach of her tribe and set off with a few other dissenters into the wilds, the small clan traveled into Xelphatol before ending up in the deserts. There they joined with a small group of Seeker Miqo'te lead by an outcast Tia and despite clashes both culturally and between leaders they managed to come together when Rhoe's mother and the aformentioned Tia cemented leadership positions with the birth of a group of triplets to which Rhoe was the middle daughter. Sadly her Older Brother and Younger Sister did not survive their first winters leaving Rhoe as sole heir.
Raised as a Priestess of Menphina, Rhoe was taught to never take a mate as it was her responsibility to help see to the proper selection of mates for others, though her mothers distaste for half breeds probably fed into her being selected for this role. At the age of 16 she was told to leave her tribe on a sort of coming of age pilgrimage to which she found herself embroiled in the politics of occupied Ala Mhigo and fell in with a group of freedom fighters / bandits named the Corpse Brigade where she learned to fight with a sword instead of her tribes traditional spear or bow. Due to her age she was placed in charge of another group of young freedom fighters, the youngest being age twelve, and told to attack a garlean supply caravan that was suppose to be lightly guarded, however even a lightly guarded imperial convoy was to much for a group of hardly trained teenagers and the group was quickly wiped out, the Garlean officer in charge of the caravan scarring her face with his blade so she would never forget that moment before ordering his men to leave them to the desert. Rhoe fled the Corpse Brigade the night they returned and returned to her tribe only to be told that she had been enrolled in an academy in Limsa Lominsa a year later and that she was to report there immediately. Personality
Cheerful and excitable, its really very difficult to get Rhoe down or angry. She prides herself in her ability to cheer anyone up and often can be found simply listening to the problems of others. Since her training at the Academy in the field of Engineering she has grained a healthy admiration for things that go boom and will go on at length about formula for making bigger and better cannonballs even incorporating aetheric principles to the construction.

Rhoe, despite being raised as a priestess, doesn't really think to much of religion all to often. She knows most of the twelve and where they are worshiped however its mostly a parlor trick

She speaks in very broken Eorzean as she is having trouble grasping the language. She prefers to speak in Ala Mhigan or Garlean if possible simply because she can get her point across easier and often writes her notes for her designs in Garlean.
