General

-Anyone who met this Seeker after he came to Eorzea will know him as A'bann Tia, while others who have known him during his prime time in Othard will remember him as Shinya.

-Shinya was a member of a proud Ninja clan in Doma. The clan was somewhere he would call a home, until one day they came across with a classified document which contained a list of Domans who were ready to defect to Garlean as soon as the all-out war breaks out between resistance and the empire. Despite the clan's best effort to make the list public, Garlean force surrounded the clan quickly and demanded them to give in the list. Shinya's clan refused and the whole clan eventually burnt to the ground and the Seeker was the only one who managed to survive barely with some of luck and self-sacrifice of his comrades. He was eventually able to successfully escape to Eorzea after.

-A'bann Tia was his birth name he put aside long time go. It was only brought back now to conceal himself as a local and also as a meaning to start new life in Eorzea. The Seeker tried his best to put his past behind, but what happened in Doma was too vivid to let go, as grudge and guilty shackled him. Now he finds himself hunting down whoever was on the list and also people who are responsible stopping his clan to make the list public. He will not stop until every single one on his list goes down.

-His birth name suggests he was born tribal, although he would rarely share the story about how he ended up in his clan in first place. A'bann is both fluent in common tongue and Doman, although Orthad natives will notice slight accent when he does speak Doman.

-What A'bann does naturally lures a lot of enemies, even ones he never meant to make. He consistently moves a lot to hide his whereabouts.

Personality

- A'bann was a reticent Miqo'te from very young age. Perhaps he's like that because of all those training days from Doma, or maybe even earlier before he was picked up by the clan. Either way, what happened to his clan left him with very little room for self pity and made him put up his wall higher from other people. His lack of communication skill also didn't help and often puts him into an unwanted or misunderstood situations.

-He might look like a hard-to-approach-type but he does care about other people as long as they don't come across between him and his revenge plans.

-He is very focused, serious(all the time) and professional when it comes to his "job", but when those battlefield qualities carry over to casual life it bound to create discord. He doesn't seem to quite adjust or even understand peaceful life style. For some people he might look like he's way too serious and paranoid over silly little things.

-He would usually talk in very straight and short form.

When A'bann first arrived at Eorzea, he was a giant mess. Both emotionally and physically, and also financially. Mia took A'bann in and helped him every way so he can adjust to the casual life style...so he doesn't starve to death, or end up in a jail. It took long enough, but at least now A'bann knows when a girl approaches him with blush on her face, he knows this person is less likely to be a Garlean assassin. After helping A'bann to build his foundation in Eorzea, Mia decided to leave to seek out more opportunities to make greater fortune. He hasn't come back since but A'bann knows he's doing just fine somewhere out there.

After saying good bye to Mia, A'bann doubted that he can reconnect with people again. Eiai proved he was wrong. Her high spirited personality was enough to keep A'bann's mind away from troubling memories. Thankfully A'bann was able to provide a home Eiai needed from whatever Mia left for him, and they quickly built friendly bond between them. Now Eiai remains one of his closest friend, and every time when A'bann looks at her it made him feel like maybe, just maybe, A'bann has a chance to live a quiet life someday.

Former lord from A'bann's ninja clan. He was young, and may appeared to have light-hearted and even silly personality. However, he was also a charismatic leader and he had amazing gift of see through people. When A'bann first met him, they did not start off in a good relationship, but eventually Kaminari became one of the most significant person in A'bann's life.

Qiqineto is A'bann's informant who specialize in Magitek technology. He was living peacefully around Ala Mhigo before his homeland fall and forced to serve Garlean military engineer until he managed to go AWOL.
