Altan ( /Al-tahn/ )

Altan is a muscular yet lean monster of a creature. Born and bred for hunting and gathering, his life up until a few years ago has been devoted to his clan. The Kogan clan, a branch of the Kagon clan that broke off several hundred years in search of more favorable climates, worships the Night goddess Nhama and follow strict Nocturnal lifestyles. Altan, meaning Red Dawn or Golden, was born into a family that quietly lived Heretical lives, going out into the sunlight to bathe in the glory of Azim. His interests since the Garlean empire sent his people scattering has been in the study of the Allagan empire, believing if he could understand Allag technology better than the Garleans he could best them, and the protection of his companion, Tsuta Satsuki.

Height: “Tall”

Weight: Who knows? He’s big though.

Body: Lean but strong, ropy muscles that are built for speed and strength.

Hair: A pale, gray-purple color with a splash of green that brings to mind moss on rocks. Kind of depressing and moody, would almost make him look deep if he weren’t such an ass.

Eyes: Much like his hair, but duller and with less shine, making his eyes almost look dead.

Noticeable Features: Aside from his hair and eyes totally contrasting his personality, and his ridiculous height (though pretty average I suppose among Au Ra)? Not much you could see while he’s wearing clothes.

Voice: Altan boasts a deep bass, tinged generally with an arrogant tone.

Demeanor:  Quiet at times, but otherwise highly opinionated and confident. The way he moves and talks shows that his obnoxious confidence is based on some level of skill.

Quirks:  Altan has a massive soft spot for children, though begrudgingly so.

Intelligence:  Having grown up in a nomadic tribe, his education is limited. He knows only what he’s learned through word of mouth, and has yet to master the written language.
