Like so many other Domans, Hisayuki Kisaragi fled to Eorzea after the failed uprising against the Garlean occupation. He was one of the rare Domans to settle in Ul'dah, and that decision eventually saw him entangled with the Diabolos' Due gambling ring. Now he finds himself irritatingly attached to his fellow gamblers and determined to put them back together when their penchant for troublemaking leads to its inevitable outcome.
