Figure/build: She is small quite slim and somewhat frail looking. Some is because she is thin, the other is due to her small stature.

Hair colour: White, with perhaps a bit of blond in the right light. Then again she changes her hair color whenever she feels like it.

Hairstyle: Much like her haircolor this changes depending on how she feels. The local aesthetician earing quite well on her whimsyness

Eye colour: Deep blue with lighter blue limbal rings

Skin colour: Tanned as she loves beeing outside tending her garden

Scars/distinguishing marks: She has a lot of scars from an something that has happened to her in her past, she has no idea what has happened, just that the scars are there to tell here they have.

Iza is actually quite uncertain of many things, but she has a tendency to hide it well behind sarcasm, jokes and irony. If you somehow manage to get below that you find a warm, sweet person that simply worries to much about everything and anything most the time. She is a typcial caretaker, happily making sure everyone around her is happy and content, forgetting herself. Also with her beeing deaf she can often be seen as a bit rude, although it's soon cleared up when she tells someone she can't hear them.
