Family

Rosa Dawn (Oldest Sister):  

Rosa is a natural at all forms of casting and excelled under their mother's tutelage.  A dominant personality, she would often pick on her two younger siblings.  Until recently, she and Kass did not  get along.  However, now that Rosa has left the family home, the two sisters speak more frequently and are much friendlier towards one another.  Rosa currently lives in the Limsa Lominsa area.

Isabella Dawn (Middle Sister):

Isabella studies the ties between nature and magic.  She is so devoted to her studies that she often forgets the world around her.  She and Kass neither got along nor fought as Isabella rarely paid attention to anything outside of her books. Isabella is the only Dawn sister still living in the family home.

Ethan Dawn (Father):

And accomplished conjurer and white mage, Ethan spends a vast majority of his time working at the Stillglade Fane.  Kass often wondered what kept him away from home so much when she was young.  Now she suspects that his work is his way to escape her mother.  Kass often describes him as quiet and distant.

Elena Dawn (Mother):

A brilliant caster or both white and black magic, Elena's one devotion is making her family the most important in the fane.  She is domineering and cruel woman, who sees her family as tools to accomplish her goal.  Kass feels nothing but loathing for this woman and dreads the day when she discovers where Kass lives.

History

The Early Years:

Kass grew up in Gridania near Stillglade Fane with her family.  Her father was generally missing as he was almast always working at the Fane.  Kass spent practically all her time with her two older sisters learning conjury from her mother.  When she could sneak away, Kass would watch the archer's practice at Quiver's Hold.

The Teen Years:

During her mid-teens Kass started to rebel against her mother's strict conjury training schedule.  Skipping entire lessons ensured that Kass was often the subject of her mother's angry diatribes and the target of her temper.  Kass' oldest sister took offense to her actions and found small ways to torture Kass.  One time Rosa even burnt the tip of Kass' tail with fire magic. She insisted that it was an accident, but Kass has her doubts.

The Escape:

After months of careful planning, Kass escaped her mother and Gridania.  She hid out in the shroad for years until i was safe to move on.  She made her way on foot through the forest and desert.  Her arrival in Ul'Dah was a great accomplishment for Kass.  

Corvus Cinis:

As an archer for hire, Kass was seeking work when she met Alothia and Zenge.  Alothia offered Kass a job with Corvus and Kass gladly accepted.  Kass has made many great friends that she considers her new family.

Personality

Kass spent her childhood and teen years under her mother's terribly oppresive influence.  Because of this Kass is very naive and often takes what people say literaly.  Kass finds joy in simple things and will often dance happily when things are going well.  Kass loves books and the reading of her books.  She also loves collecting shiny objects.  She's yet to take a full inventory or organize her collection, but she plans to...at some point.  Kass has a pet turtle named Sheldon that she is very fond of.  He has a small pool for swimming and kass delights in feeding him scraps of fish.

Likes: books, shinies, cookies, shooting things with arrows, and cannons.

Dislikes: spiders, running out of arrows, having to recycle arrows, conjury

Affiliations

• Alothia Starkwood (Oakenwave): Kass' boss and the leader of Corvus Cinis.  She gave Kass a job and a place to live.  Kass admires Alothia's spunk and ability to say the things she does.  Kass is very happy for Aly now that she and Zenge are together.  Aly has been a great friend and protector for Kass, especially when Kass cannot speak for herself.
• Fearless "Fear" Wynn: Fear is like a brother to Kass and she feels like he will  always be ther to protect her.  Kass often has to remind him to be nice as he sometimes lacks tact.  The other half of Team Sharktopus. Fear has left to visit his family, though no one has heard from him recently. Kass has begun to worry that something terrible may have happened to him.
• Miyu Asuka: Fellow member of Corvus.  Miyu is a very friendly young girl and Kass feels the need to look after her.  Kass enjoys spending time around Miyu and is relieved that Miyu seems to be on her best behavior lately.
• Zenge Eien: One of the first people Kass met in Ul'Dah.  Alothia's second-in-command.  Kass knows he's a Garlean, but does not mind at all.  Is also Aly's lover.
• Burgenheim Rousa: fellow CC member.  A very quiet person, Kass can count the times she's heard him speak on one hand.  He usually distances himself from the group and Kass thinks of him as a gentle giant.
• Lily Dawnsworn: CC member and Fear's lady love.  Kass enjoys Lily's sense of humor and sees her as a positive influence on Fearless.
• Rio Roulette: Former member of CC.  One of Kass' first friends in Corvus.  Kass was shocked to hear of Rio's defection and evil plans.
• Kaliden Lilethus: Kass' ex-boyfriend.
• Tessa Jalloh: Tessa is a sweet girl who also works for Corvus. Tessa is a great friend to Kass, and though she seems to lack a filter when it comes to speaking, Kass enjoys spending time with her.
• Endricane Feltaro: Kass' current boyfriend and lover.  To others he may seem gruff and hostile and sometimes even downright grumpy. Kass sees his kind and gentle side under the prickly exterior. With her, he is sweet and playful.  She loves him deeply, and hopes that someday he will be able to let go of his past. Recently, their relationship has grown more serious, and the pair has begun building their own place to live out in the Twelveswood. Kass enjoys the quiet moments they spend together the most, and is looking forward to having a place that is all theirs.

Alignment: Neutral Good

Neutral Good- A neutral good character does the best that a good person can do. He is devoted to helping others. He works with kings and magistrates but does not feel beholden to them. Neutral good is the best alignment you can be because it means doing what is good without bias for or against order. However, neutral good can be a dangerous alignment because because it advances mediocrity by limiting the actions of the truly capable.
