Basic Overview Info

Kiht'a is an unfortunate runt of a Keeper who clawed his way through his beginnings. His tribe was assaulted by a force of Garleans in their quest for dominion over the other races of Eorzea, starting with his mother who was matron of the tribe--one of the best warrioress' of the tribe. They sought after the strongest, and the weakest of the miqo'te, to test their horrifying experiments. Kiht'a's father was killed in the assault trying to keep the Garleans from taking his mother, even though she voluntarily went--there was a lie made that her believe her son and her tribe would be spared.

The Garleans subjugated the tribal miqo'te, using their advanced magitek technology, turning them into living weapons for the Empire with implants and cybernetic parts. His mother was turned into a monstrosity.

Kiht'a barely knew anything of his parents due them being taken away from him at such a young age. He has memories that come to him in dreams, but that is all he knows--and it is very little. He was on his own once his parents were gone--how he lived was by scavenging and fending for himself as a toddler.

• Garlean Empire: The Garlean Empire has assaulted his tribe when he was a toddler. They had also took his mother for horrifying experiments and killed his father. Since then, the Garleans have been encroaching on the tribe's campgrounds, until finally erecting an outpost directly on top of them. They enslaved a portion of Kiht'a's tribe to use in experiments as well as some of the Coeurlclaw Tribe that intermingled with Kiht'a's tribe after their assault in the beginning. They used far advanced technology than the tribe's own to decimate most of the tribes that they had no use for.
