Meriell Bell, but usually going simply as Mell, is a Lominsan barmaid employed at the Bismarck but recently moved to Thanalan to perfect her skills.
Cheery and kind to everyone, she is the soul and life of any party or gathering, genuinely wanting to make sure that everyone has a good time and that no one gets ignored or bored.
