P E R S O N A L I T Y

Naja can come off as shy often, yet she has an amazing ability to be social when she wants to. She's interested in people, and often watches them from afar. Her personality has a lot of dual aspects about it. She's often child-like, yet seductive, and warm, yet reserved .. On account of her past, she can be wary of people, and will likely hide her feelings.

A P P E A R A N C E

She's a Miqo'te of average height, with long, dark ash-brown hair that has teal streaks running through it. Naja is average to shapely in build, with pale, almost grey skin. Her eyes are a medium turquoise, and she often wears subtle grey or blue face paints. Her clothing is usually made of leather or soft fabrics in hues of blues, browns, whites and greys. A teardrop as of late, decorates her forehead.

P A S T

Naja comes from a small clan deep within the Black Shroud. There she lived with her mother, father, and younger brother. She had an affinity for sensing and interacting with aether from a young age, and would read about thaumaturgy from her father's books.

An incident occurred between Naja, her clan, and local Wood Wailers when she was young. It's something that she prefers not to speak of, but will disclose the information to those she's close with. As a result of this traumatic experience, trust does not come easily for her.

Lost and alone in the Shroud after she got separated from her family, she stumbled upon a voidsent Ahriman. Instead of fighting or hurting the young Miqo'te, it befriended her instead, and shielded her through out the night. From then on the odd couple have been closely bonded. She named the voidsent Baldomier. In addition to having Baldomier as a mount and companion, she also has a pet lesser panda named Takku, and a chocobo named Dusty.

After she got separated from her family, Naja lived by foraging in the Black Shroud and stealing crops and food in order to survive. As she reached her teenage years she used her charms to acquire money, and often left both men and women alike with significantly lighter coin purses.

P R E S E N T

Currently, Naja resides in The Lavender Beds with her mate. Her other home is within her Free Company, also located in the Beds. There she has a meditation room, and all the comforts of home, though she mainly visits for work related reasons. As a part of her Free Company, she also waitresses and helps out with special events.

L I K E S ■ Moonlight. She'll often bathe in it, and it never fails to remind her of home. ■ Friendly People. As a shy Miqo'te, she often appreciates people who make the first move in introducing themselves. ■ Freedom. She's a carefree woman that can often be hard to pin down. Naja also enjoys traveling and working by her own schedule.

D I S L I K E S ■ Animal Cruelty. As someone who took care of animals in her family's village, she's especially disturbed by senseless cruelty to animals. She doesn't consider hunting cruel, as she knows it's a matter of survival. ■ Controlling or Bossy People. As a person who values freedom, she can't stand the thought of being under another person's thumb. She'll follow rules and leadership, but never blindly. ■ Scorching Heat. Naja is someone that prefers the cool moonlight of night. She loses stamina and exhausts easily in the heat in places such as the Sagolii desert.

Q U I R K S ■ Talking to Animals. Naja is someone who might seem strange at first as she easily opens herself upto animals, much more so than with people. ■ Skeptical about the Fear Surrounding Voidsents.
