Rhela Awandih is a rather youthful, positive young Miqo'te Keeper raised in the trade city-state, Ul'dah. Not much is known about her birthparents or the tribe she reigns from, except the fact that they were a mixed-race family, as the woman and her Seeker brother were taken in at a young age by two traveling merchant Lalafell. Having no real knowledge on Keeper tradition, Rhela lives based on ideas fleshed out by her adopted parents and her homeplace of Ul'dah.
