GREATER
The Axe - Twenty five years slaying many a man, demon, and unspeakable monstrosity with the same axe has honed the Knight's potency with this weapon to quite a lethal level, it is the only polearm of it's kind that he can tap into his vast amount of training, technique and experience to fully utilize impressively. This has left him lacking in practically almost every other form of combat to an almost pathetic degree however.
Strength - Doric and many of the Cydian Knights spent most of their lives hefting about immensely heavy platemail; this has made his current set pretty much weightless to the giant of a man, he won't win any competitions for speed, but he'll more than likely surprise most with how fast he can move beneath all that steel and iron. His axe swing, with the whole of his strength behind it can do more than slay a man, it could practically obliterate, and liberate most of his flesh, bone, and pretty much everything from his living form.
Tactics/Experience - Years upon years of quests, adventures, and combat have honed Doric's ability to think on his feet and detect danger, he's also got an uncanny ability to survive on his own in the wilderness, something you sort of just have to learn by doing.

LESSER
Short-Swordsmanship - Doric is somewhat skilled with a larger dagger or short sword, a secondary weapon all Knights of his particular order are familiar with.
Technically inclined - Keeping his weapons and armor repaired has always been a point of pride for Doric, and he's spent so long keeping them in tip-top shape that he could do it blindfolded, though this is true for only his set of armor and weapon it's made him pretty resourceful when it comes to repair and crafting things in general, such as small-scale traps, makeshift bags, and sheathes.
Fishing - Doric is no master at fishing, however he and his Brothers often took time to fish for themselves, and their knowledge has rubbed off on him enough that he could probably live in the wilderness indefinitely if a stream, river, or lake happened to be nearby.

LACKING
Swimming - Doric is a poor swimmer with platemail off, with it on he's pretty much liable to just sink like a stone with an anchor strapped to it.
Charisma - This Knight has the all the social grace of a toadstool, he didn't have a lot of charismatic brothers, nor are the Chivalric codes of Knighthood anything to learn by when intermingling with the commonfolk. At best he can come off as aloof, rude, and clinical when referring to others, at worst arrogant, cold, foolish, sexist, racist, and naive. Though he's trying to improve this, he's not doing terribly well.
Writing - Doric may be able to write some eloquent stuff, but his handwriting looks as if a multi-limbed chicken were attempting to tear his paper asunder. It takes considerable effort for the man to clean up his handwriting, even if he knows the spelling and use of language.
Cooking - Doric's primary means of 'cooking' is shoving it onto a spit, then putting it over a fire. Add salt.
Humor - Doric's idea of a 'joke' is punching you in the face. Then maybe punching you in the face again.

Cryptology and puzzles.
The process of staining large panes of glass is deeply cathartic for him.
Quests, writs, tasks suited for a Knight.
Physical labor in general takes his mind off things.
Executing criminals as headsman, it's a dirty and loathed job, but doing it reminds him of his place in the grand scheme of things.
The organ, windpipe instruments, chanting, it's nostalgic for him.
His brothers in arms, priests and priestesses of Azeyma.
Tonberrys, yes there's a reason.
Loves
Honor in every sense of the word.
His chivalric code.
His axe and armor, and maintaining both, he's had little to call his own and both give him a semblance of purpose.
Hunting, deer particularly, there's a reason he's called Ser Doric the Stag.
An unnamed deer from the deepest ruins of Thanalan.
Doing 'good' as in lightening the load of the commonfolk.

Dislikes
Ornate outfits, open displays of wealth.
Prostitutes.
Heavy perfume, makeup, skimpy clothing.
Garlic, onions, or anything of the like, he just can't stomach it.
Rogues of all kinds, stereotypical suave ones irk him the most.
Mercenaries and mercenary bands, one of his codes directly prohibits him from taking gil for his deeds.
People who talk a lot, or preach, though Doric tends to force his no-criminal-behavior-allowed mindset upon others, he's sort of a hypocrite.
The weak-willed, this applies to a lot of behaviors.
Magic, though he isn't terribly sure why.
Borlaaqs, though this is recent.
Jokes at authority figures, the church, Knighthood, most jokes in general.
Loathes
Murderers, heretics, rapists, highwaymen, bandits, brigands.
Dishonorable Knights, those misusing chivalry. Liars, turncoats.
Dragons, demons, and something called a 'giant'.
Insanity, anyone appearing to be mentally unsound.
Dark caves.
That deer.
