Sil is a former Ala Mhigan mercenary who wants to see her homeland return to it's long past glory. Growing up in a recently conquered Ala Mhigo, Sil experienced firsthand the changes the empire brought to her home over time. Joining the resistance at the age of fourteen, she eventually earned the name “Ebonbrand” for her actions in the field. Reuniting with her half-sisters, she joined the Kujata Mercenaries and quickly distinguished herself with her skill for reconnaissance and intelligence gathering. The group eventually found themselves under the employ of the Ironclaw Order. When the war for Ala Mhigo started, the two groups separated, but Sil, now using her father’s name of “Ascheblade”, stayed behind with the Ironclaws. She believed she could do more good by working with them, though her longing for a free Ala Mhigo never ceased.
At 6 fulms and 2 ilms, Sil tends to stand at least a head taller than most others. Her build is just as imposing as her height: lean muscle, an athletic build, and the martial aptitude to go with it. All the traits one would expect of an Ala Mhigan who has fought against the Imperial invaders most of her life.
Despite being a full-blooded Ala Mhigan, she has a lighter skin tone than most of her kin; a trait she inherited from her father. She has has shoulder length dark hair, which often has blue dye streaked into it thanks to Wenn Dh'i being the one to cut her hair.
Scars & Markings: Sil has scars across various parts of her body, as could be expected from a resistance fighter and former mercenary. Her back in particular has deep cuts and scars from a time spent in captivity. She never seems particularly bothered by any of her scars and goes through no effort to hide them. Though most are around the middle of her body, it's not uncommon for them to be visible.
Voice: Sil has a deeper voice that often takes on playful or sultry tone.
Clothing: Sil often wears clothes that are dyed dark blue in one form or another. While her wardrobe primarily consists of simple or practical clothing, her relationsip with Fahron Elikha has lead to her wardrobe expanding to encompass more flashy options.
Weapons: Sil is almost always seen carrying a sword with runes engraved on the blade. The blade is old and has clearly seen it's share of combat, though it is apparently still well maintained. To ever hear her talk of it, the blade has incredible sentimental value.

Despite her imposing physical charactertistics, Sil has a way of quickly disarming others and thawing even the coldest of personalities. Thanks to her shadier dealings with the resistance, she has a deep understanding of people and can quickly determine someone's motives. She uses this knowledge to the benefit of those around her, in contrast to using it against those she opposes. She is generally playful or flirtatious in conversation, and often gets people to divulge thier thoughts while revealing very little herself.
She is very quick-thinking in almost any situation. She does sometimes allow her emotions, especially those concerning her homeland, to cloud her better judgement, but she never intentionally acts in a malevolent manner. She has strong feelings towards protecting those who are the weakest or most vulnerable among society, even if they happen to be someone who opposes her. She would, for instance, be extremely opposed to killing an someone who was forced to fight against their will, though she would if it meant life or death. Ultimately, once Sil calls someone a friend, they've earned a loyal ally who will put herself in harm's way to keep them safe.

Stances on RP: I'm a medium to heavy roleplayer with a focus on character development. I have no problem with mature roleplay, as long as it's done to further a character's story and is something that a character would normally do. I tend to have no problems with character concepts that bend lore, as long as they make sense within the setting and don't outright break it. I think communication is the best way to reconcile any differences; if I have a real problem with anything you do, I'll tell you and I expect the same!
Hooks and relationships: Sil's generally a very approachable character, so if you see her roleplaying anywhere, feel free to join in. She has ties to the Ala Mhigan resistance, and can potentially know or at least hear of people involved in the shadier aspects of most Eorzean societies. Her duties with the Ironclaws also involves her being a primary source of information for potential aetheric threats to the realm. Beyond that, if you really want to make something happen, I'm sure we can come up with something.
RP combat and injuries: I'm fine with most any combat system as long as the rules are explained. I tend to prefer to not use dice, but will do so depending on the situation. As far as injuries go, context is everything. I'd like to know of or approve of anything incredibly serious, but I'm generally fine with any type of injury. Just don't try to inflict it random or without talking to me OOCly at some point during the interaction.
Miscellaneous: Wiki page is pure OOC knowledge unless your character has specifically learned it through some legitimate means. Again, just ask me if you're unsure.
If I ever do anything that makes you seriously uncomfortable throughout the course of RP, tell me! We're all on the same team here as far as I'm concerned, even if our characters aren't.
