Theo Risus (13th Sun Fourth Astral Moon (July 13th)) is an entrepreneur, currently residing in the Goblet. Early life taught him that if you wanted to get ahead, you'd have to be able to make a deal, leading him to learn to make deals. Becoming a trader at a young age, and a shopkeep in his late teens, Theo did his best to avoid attention from the wrong sorts of people. His quick wits and trusting nature however quickly made enemies, but he has been said to be overall well-liked.

Appearance & Personality
- Dark purple hair stained with pink highlights, his hair is pulled back. His ears and tail show spots that are often missed, and he'll often be found wearing a gold pair of glasses. His aqua eyes tend to demand attention during a conversation, quickly darting into the crowd, often looking for a quick escape if needed. Due to interference with Krizette, he also tends to have gold facepaint aligned on his face, along with gold makeup, reminding him of his time in the Ruby Road Exchange and near the dancers in Ul'dah. <This will all likely be edited!>
- Due to his upbringing, Theo has oftentimes tried to surround himself with others, as "you're less likely to notice something's wrong if there's a crowd". While he's often too trusting, his previous occupations have led him to be a bit wary in recent years.
- One of the most interesting observations made has been his ability to quickly read and write, as he learned this from a traveling caravan at a young age. Among these were an Ishgardian Scholoar, who explained to him the trades that would be made available if he was able to read and write, as well as introduced him to many interesting foods.
Biography
Childhood
- Raised in the Muthru Bazaar, Theo would often assist various traders and caravans in exchange for goods while his parents worked further into the city. He'd often set up a small collection of wares to attempt to sell, but usually ended up taking more home than he came with. One night, slightly after Theo's 10th Nameday, he was awoken by the smell and sounds of burning wood and smoke. As his home burned, he scraped with death, but lost his mother in the blaze. Although her body was never found, and his father nowhere to be seen, she has been assumed dead in the blaze. Theo slightly blames himself, as he had been hiding bomb powder, though no trace was found at the scene.
Teenage
- As imperial aggression continued, Theo fled to the far-away Ul'dah, meeting many younger traders that he'd often work with. Theo especially thrived with working with adventurers, a skill that he had learned would be expected in the growing economy.
- In his late teens, Theo dealt with the blame and self-hate of his mentor's passing. It wasn't until he met a Miqo'te named T'kuri Magum that he learned to accept that he wasn't responsible for the blaze and that at times there's simply nothing you can do. The two became very close friends, often spending entire weeks at a time with each other, day and night.
Early Adulthood
- Theo quickly learned to trade for strange objects that might hold value more than the normal wares. This led to him acquiring many precious stones, one of which being discovered to be a Black Mage Soulstone. T'kuri, having already seeked out a similar stone, brought him to learn the basics at the nearby Arrzaneth Ossuary.
- Destabilization in the Ul'dah marketplaces quickly led to Theo deciding to leave Ul'dah, with a slight distaste in his mouth, and begin traveling. Being unable to tell this to T'kuri, he left in the middle of the night, taking only her name, branding himself as "Theo Magum" for the years to come. He has been seen in every corner of Eorzea, even as far as the Far East.
Present
- At the current time, Theo is now head of the Lodge for the Lost & Curious, a Free Company that he started alongside a new friend, Rae Misha, in order to house any who might be seeking refuge. Previously, Theo had sought to gain and spread information, as well as seemingly running the home for little to no cost, leading many to wonder if his intentions are genuine.
- Theo is currently dating Krizette Clainiere, with the future seeming bright.
