Personality

Outwardly, he is a very simple person to get. Cheerful, air-headed, polite, Sirajal aims to be the laziest Miqo'te in all of Eorzea. Sirajal is spoiled, and he loves to show it while laying around and drinking literally any alcoholic drink he can get his hands on. However, he is also very dishonest. Most of his personality he shows to other people is faked. He views everyone indifferently, no one, other than his lover, receives any real emotion from him, including his brother. Sira hides his indifference and his obsessive behaviour behind the cheerful mask.
If he isn't lying, Sirajal is most likely not talking. If someone asks about his past, he will most likely stretch the truth so that one cannot tell what is real and what isn't.
During a fight, Sirajal may be seen as a coward, as he tries his best to avoid situations where it involves violence, because to him, its too much energy wasted and he would prefer not to bother with such trivial things.
It is hard to anger Sirajal, as he doesn't care about others, and that includes what they think or say.
He may act worried, may act angered, or may act hurt or upset during certain situations, but its only to make people believe that he is, and to gain benefits from those "emotions".
Sirajal is incredibly lazy, unless it comes to anything Allagan related. He has a strong obsession with the old civilization, and would do anything to study more on it.
Sirajal is outwardly polite, meaning he wouldn't do anything rude and tarnish his "good name". Being known as polite brings benefits.

Abilities and Skills

General

Sirajal avoids violence. He would prefer to use others if he had no choice but to fight, but that isn't to say he can't. He wishes not to injure his face or any permanent damage to be left, and thus avoiding, even if acting cowardly, is what he does best.

Weapons

Prefers the use of his staff if he must fight, but has basic training on other basic weapons should he need it.

Magic

Though Sirajal has trained in the art of healing, he also knows how to weave offensive magics in should he need it.

PC Rumors

History/Timeline

Childhood

When he was young, Sirajal looked up to his older brother, Sehtara. Sehtara was trying to be the tribe's healer, and so Sirajal wanted to impress him by following in his footsteps. He worked hard, and ended up becoming the "prodigy" of the tribe, making Sehtara jealous. Sehtara's rejection came off as disappointment to the naive Sirajal, so he worked harder to receive his praise. The more he worked, the further his brother distanced himself from him, which in turn, made Sirajal work harder at his goal. In the end, Sehtara left the tribe to find his own way, due to jealousy, and left his dejected brother confused and upset behind.

Teenage

Sirajal's Sire, the nunh, was killed during his teenage years by an aspiring Tia. Being told over and over that this would happen, Sirajal was not upset over the events. The now nunh, held a grudge against Sirajal's Sire, as he had tried multiple times in the past to beat him in a challenge but continued to fail. When he had finally won, he used trickery to do so, and was looked down upon by the entire tribe. Since he was weak, the nunh turned aggressively towards the three Tias, (four if you count Sehtara, but he had left), especially towards the last offspring of the late nunh, Sirajal.
Sirajal also fell in love during this time. Still acting as the tribe's healer, he got close to Baxi as he was training with U'odh Tia. It seemed Baxi got injured the most out of everyone, including the huntresses. After awhile, Sirajal realized he had been injuring himself on purpose to see Sirajal more. They began to sneak out night after night, and when they had sex for the first time, they were caught by the nunh, who happened to be following. Taking it to his advantage, the nunh banished Baxi from tribe, claiming he "over-stepped" into his "territory." Baxi left with promises to Sirajal that he would return.
After awhile, the nunh demanded that Sirajal submit to him, and, since he believed that Baxi had abandoned him, being a year or so later, and he had no desire to become a nunh, he accepted. Sirajal continued to live a peaceful and luxurious life in the tribe.
During the war and calamity, a Garlean ship had crashed near the desert. Taking the chaos in the tribe as an advantage, he snuck out to inspect the ship, more curious on the contents than the fact that he might die in the calamity. He found out the ship that had crashed was not a battle ship, but an allagan research ship, and was shot down as they were trying to get in safe airspace. Everyone... and everything, was dead from the crash. He found research notes, some burned, shredded, and, luckily, some he was able to decipher if he put the time into it. He collected everything that was still useful, and even grabbed some small allagan gadgets that were being researched on, to smuggle back into his tribe.
The wreckage was cleaned up pretty fast, but Sirajal got what he wanted, and he spent the next few years studying the research notes. Shortly after the calamity, Odh took the spot of the nunh, killing off the old one. Odh allowed Sirajal to continue his luxurious life without requiring him in bed, but Sirajal didn't care. His obsession with the allagan civilization was begining, and when Baxi came back, he expressed his apologies for taking so long, and explained that he was in the war, but Sirajal was too focused on the research to show concern for Baxi.
Over a year later, when they were in their 20s, Baxi finally won back Sirajal's heart, and when that happened, Sirajal showed him his research, and asked if he wanted to travel and find more. When Baxi agreed, they sat out to do just that.

Present

Sirajal and Baxi had done a lot of exploration, ruins, temples, tombs, anything. During one of their "adventures", they ran into a dying fledgling dodo. It seemed eternal, and it was abandoned by the mother. Sirajal had a fondness of the cute creatures, and picked it up. At this time he was beginning to get into chimera experiments, and he wanted to use this opportunity. The creature was dying anyway, if he failed, he wouldn't feel too bad. So, he snatched up a chocobo chick, (it was still very healthy), and, with allagan technology he was able to preserve and work with, he saved the fledgling dodo by using the chocobo chick. The result was a fledgling dodo who warked like a chocobo, and seemed... just a tad off if looked at closely. It was his new pet.
They even ran into Sehtara, and as Sirajal liked to put it, they found him whoring himself out in Limsa. The past feelings of being dejected by his older brother was gone, and Sirajal held his brother indifferently like anyone else. However, Sirajal and Baxi needed a place to stay, and resources to continue the research. Sirajal's lifestyle wasn't cheap, and in order to keep Sirajal in luxury, Baxi needed work. Sehtara introduced Sirajal and Baxi to Hearth Heaven, a place they can stay, and work. Sirajal was content, because they also had a place for researching. Tons, and tons of books.
