With her delicate constitution and usual fancy clothing, Vi is far from an imposing figure. She’s built in a thin pear shape which is highlighted by her modest shoulder width and bust. She has a mousy nose, freckles, and lacks any hint of muscular tone. There’s a near constant sunburn on her cheeks and her complexion seems to lend itself to spending a lot of time indoors or in La Noscea’s fog. Her hands are uncallused, well-manicured, and there isn’t any visible scarring on her skin. It’s doubtful she has ever tried any kind of manual labor. She’s in a constant state of overdress, wearing bangles, gemmed earrings, and a plethora of rings that frame the largest on her left ring finger. It all hints at ‘new money’, as if she’d heard that the richer class wore jewelry and had proceeded to emulate that by wearing everything at once. She hasn’t taken her perfume to the same extreme, favoring a classically subtle Azeyma Rose scent with edges of La Noscean orange and salt. Though seldom visible, the bottom of her right shoulder blade is marked with a cowry shell tattoo in dark brown ink. The curves of the cowry shell are not entirely even, suggesting that the mark was created by an amateur. She walks with a brisk step and her movements are often calculated to impress an idea of gracefulness and refinement upon the observer. When she speaks, she is louder than one might expect and doesn’t seem timid in the least. She often maintains a gentle tone carved by politeness.

The second child of Limsa Lominsan natives Patrick and Rosa Lindon, Violet was born into privilege. By the time of her birth, the family’s shipping company Lindon Line had overcome the majority of its pirate hindrances and had acquired a strong reputation and profit margin. Though encouraged to try her hand at various professions growing up, any job she obtained was for purely recreational purposes and not monetary benefits. This lead to the development of a poor work ethic. Due to the family’s high involvement in trading and their devotion to Nald’thal, Vi received thorough training in the art of thaumaturgy from a young age. Perhaps because of the religious connotations, it seems to be one of few things that can raise her out of laziness. Her longest held job has been at the Arrzaneth Ossuary in Ul’dah. From the age of eleven, Vi has had an engagement arranged with the Ul'dahn Eduard Harlow for their families' mutual benefit. However, the pair have yet to be wed and have been traveling Eorzea with the Wayfinder's Solace Caravan.
