William Jeanne is an odd person, one who you couldn't begin to piece together if you tried. He is very random and chaotic, ranging from both lovingly sweet and adorable, to an annoying pervert, to being a swift and agile nuisance on the battlefield. He has no real combat ability, but seems to manage being difficult to hit. His intelligence lacks, and his social skills are a grab bag, but he seems to always find a way to make himself a notable presence wherever he goes. A toy and doll maker in his off time, a lover of sweets, and somehow capable of getting past most measures of keeping people out, this Hyum will always find a way into the confused parts of your psyche.
