Amy Lacroix
Appearance: Amy Lacroix is an Ishgardian with blue eyes and blonde hair, despite her Eastern style looks and fashion. Amy is about 5 foot, 7 inches tall. Despite her fair height and having a rather serious expression, she is calm and kind. Amy is mostly seen in her traditional Monk attire that she was given during her time away in the East. During special occasions or outings, she will often be seen in a traditional Eastern styled dress, loincloth and shoes. On more casual days when Amy is not training or attending a special outing, she will be most likely in her Ala Mhigan Gown, pantalettes, jewelry, sandals or her traditional Eastern clog shoes. Often described as white rose with thorns. She is not materialistic or worries for one's personal appearances. She has tattoos on her mid section, back and arms. Amy has a calming and soothing presence and quite easily approachable.
Tattoos/Markings: Amy has a numerous tattoos on her torso, sleeved right arm and a large snake-like black-tribal dragon across her inner forearm on her left arm. Her tattoos on her torso consist of a giant lily flower to represent "rebirth", an Eastern styled set of 5 dragons around her front torso and back area which represent the 5 elements she believes in, in form of her Chakra, "Metal, Wood, Water, Fire and Earth", a pattern of nimbus which represent, "freedom", a pond of water on her lower torso with some lily pads that represent, "true form". Her left sleeves consist of Eastern writings and teachings during her time at the Temple of Monks, "Wisdom, Knowledge, Power, Courage, Love, Peace, Faith, Life, Light, Darkness, Prosperity, Hope, Dream, Aether, Chakra...", on her right forearm, the tribal dragon represents her strong will, calm, peaceful, yet a fierce fighter and warrior.
Personality: Amy Lacroix has quite the soothing and calming presence. She's quiet and loves to meditate and train both physically and mentally. Amy has a calm personality. Though she was not always this way. Before moving away from Ishgard, she was loud, obnoxious, disruptive to those around her and rude. A girl who was once full of hatred and darkness, now only seeks light and to bring peace and harmony into other's lives as well. Amy is almost a completely different person from who she used to be. Solving her problems and issues with words is possible.
Backstory: She was once full of hatred and only sought revenge against her father who was responsible for the death of her mother and the way she shaped out to be. When she was 15 Summers old, she was abused in many ways by her own father and that is when she had nearly lost herself to sheer despair and cruelty. But she was unable to take her hand against her own father, as he was all she had left. Instead, she ran away from her city to Thanalan. Where she traveled through scorching deserts and blistering winds until reaching Vesper Bay in Western Thanalan. Taking the next ferry available to where ever destiny and fate may lead her. Thus ending up in the Eastern lands. Where there she was taken in by Monks of the Temple. Amy was cared for and fed there throughout her time. Though she was stubborn as an Antelope, she swallowed her pride and learned to accept the people that helped her. There she went through lots of mental training to stable her mental state once more. Balance her aether and learn to open her chakra. Accepting her past and her future, she learned to live in peace and harmony for over a decade in the Temple. Changing herself completely around and becoming reaching enlightenment a year before making her leave back to Eorzea once more. She now teaches those of her ways, guides those who may be lost in darkness. To balance people's aether, their life force into peace and tranquility. Amy dislikes war and conflict. She is not a fighter by choice, but if there is no other way, she will raise her fists against those who wish to bring harm unto her or others. Amy would prefer to settle things in a more peaceful manner, with words, wisdom and enlightenment if possible.
Trivia: Amy loves to eat plenty of food despite her well shaped body. She does not drink alcohol nor do drugs of any kind as to her, those are earthly things that poison one's body and damages their aether.
