Character

General

Arry grew up an orphan, never knowing who his family is. The sisters who ran the orphanage gave him a ring as soon as he was old enough to go out on his own, informing him that he had the ring with him when he was placed on their doorstep. This ring is the only link he has to his family history, and he is desperate to find out who he is. His only friends are the other members of Driftwood Coast, and it is this adopted family that he fights every day to protect.

Appearance

Although in his early 30's, Arry looks significantly younger. The only evidence of the hard life he has lived is a very pronounced scar running down the right side of his face, as cut that barely avoided taking his eye. Arry also never removes his gloves in an attempt to hide the scarring on his left hand, scarring that comes from early miscues as he was learning to tame the fire he now wields.

Behavior

Arry initially comes across as jovial, boisterous, and care free, however, this is a mask to keep people from learning that he is in quite a bit of pain. The hard life he grew up with has made him wary of strangers, and he eyes everyone not in his company with an air of distrust and suspicion.

All this said, one defining characteristic is Arry's protectiveness of his friends, especially the "lass's". Arry does not abide by anyone talking down to those he is protective of, and can not stand for any type of chauvinistic talk. Arry has been considered old fashioned, and does his best to treat everyone with the respect they deserve.

Combat

General

Although gifted in many different combat techniques, Arry is particularly fond of his thaumaturge skills. When push comes to shove, Arry would rather blow up his foes than go nose to nose with steel. Arry is particularly skilled with the use of fire, and will use that above all else, usually to the detriment of his mana.

Relationships

Family

The only family Arry knows is his fellow members of Driftwood Coast.

Friends

Arry loves all of his fellow Drifters, however, he is especially fond of Asdrellia Pemberton and Sasha Jace. Arry does not have romantic interests in either of them, but rather sees them as the little sisters he has never had.

Arry has also become fast friends with the leaders of Driftwood Coast, Kayle Dellwyn and Desmond Aryll. He calls them both "boss", which can lead to confusion when they are both around.
