She can usually be found in Ul'dah running every which way doing deliveries and odd jobs to save up. She's always on the look out for people and sites for her photography. APPEARANCE Charlie Arto is a tall dark haired Viera. Her hair is kept short except for the long strand she keeps tied in a braid. [edit] PERSONALITY Charlie is an easily excited optimist. She tends to see the bright side to anything and everything, to a fault. She's an ambitious busy body, taking up any new skill as a business opportunity, whether it's fighting or crafting.
