Overview

Droken Dareheart (デルハート ドロケン) is a Hyur adventurer residing in Limsa Lominsa. He is a disciple of the axe and sword, both of which he learned from his adoptive father. Droken has is a generally quiet person, but isn't afraid to speak his mind and chime in when he believes it is necessary. He has never really had very many relationships with anyone other than his blood-related parents and his adoptive father, mostly due to his completely socially awkward nature. Despite this though, he hopes to one day be surrounded by those that he cares about and those he would be willing to die to protect. Droken's past is a dark one. Before he was Droken Dareheart, his name was Elrin Highmoore. When he was a child his parents were tempered by the Primal Leviathan, and him and his family were sent to work in a a Sahagin Slave Camp. Elrin somehow managed to hide the fact that he had not been tempered. When a pirate crew raided the camp for supplies, Droken snuck onto their ship and made his way to a port town where he lived on the streets for several months. He was eventually found and taken in by a retired pirate captain, Delquis Dareheart, who came to calling him Droken when the first word he wrote was broken, but he had spelled it with a D instead of a B. After the Battle of Carteneau reached the town, Droken began training in the art of the axe under Delquis in order to prepare for his long journey to Limsa Lominsa... where he hoped to find his ticket to hunt down and slay the primal Leviathan.
