E'Tea
The pale blonde hair, dark, almost black color of the eyes, pale skin and a sightly curve from the small waist to the bearing hips are all directly and visibly inherited by her mother. Atika Nibulah, being an outstandingly stunning woman of her kind however, and E'Tea falling a little short in attributes that came through from her fathers side, she was never compareable to the beauty she was supposed to be and never became. Her chest, while not flat not as developed as the other females in her line, her rather offstandish tall build in terms of Keepers and the preference to keep her hair short, all contributed to the image she carries of herself. Which is one of a, even if not unsightly, rather plain woman that will be easily outshined by the beauty of others with more distinctive features and flashier appearances than the overall pale and desaturated scheme of herself.

Bearing no scars due to the ability to take good care of injury and wounds traditionally thaught at her clan and an upbringing spared from most physical fights, E'Tea keeps good care of a clean and well kept appearance. The only tribal markings she carries are the white triangle shaped ones on her cheeks and the side of her face. A workers hands are the only visible shortcoming at first glance, fingers usually covered in small bandages from minor injury caused by tireless practice of trial and error, skin not as smooth as it could be.

She prefers to wear simple designs but will spare more than she should on soft and pricey cloth, having a high aversion to the feeling of scratchy materials against her skin. Partial to cold climates and what causes others to shiver barely affecting her, she will not be seen in heavy cloaks or multiple layers of clothing in the, for the most part mild climates in Aldenard.

E'Tea

Curious • Observant • Cunning • Indecisive • Restless • Nihilistic • Practical

Despite not being fond of reading books and scholarly study, the Miqo'te is always interested in listening, learning and practicing new things, be it the culture of another clan, children's fairytales or forbidden magic rites. Whatever something has piqued her interest she will investigate and find out more about the subject at hand. Having an emapthetic streak, she learned to be quite the observant person, at least for the more open books, maybe halfway closed even. And if a person is hard to read, it will only give her more reason to carefully pry to satisfy her interest. Using liqor, emotional hooks and provoking relation between herself and others or in some cases more beguiling methods, depending on who she is dealing with and what she tentatively feels is the best approach.

Her attempt in portraying a positive outlook on life on the outside is a temporary facade that sooner or later can be seen through by anyone that tries to see beyond, revealing her rather nihilistic nature that her personal experiences carved into her personality. Neither optimistic not pessimistic, E'Tea values taking matters into her own hands and forming her circumstances by herself, which would be an admirable trait if it wasn't for her uncertainty about what she really wants. Lack of aspirations and long time goals can sometimes reflect in her restless jumping of activities that she keeps herself busy with. Dabbling in all accessible kinds of crafts, she also enjoys mindless gathering and botanical activities, or drowning herself in calculating the marketboard to make the best profit off her available skill and goods.

One of the more dark and potentially dangerous and selfdestructive traits she harbours is her ambiguity in moral and law. She is not a rebel or striving to fight authority, but her codex is placed in a grey area. To E'Tea, here is no good or evil, but reason. Standing on either side in conflict will only either be an inconvenience or in her favor, therefore it is only a matter of using circumstance to form the reality fitting to your needs and wants. Betrayal is not expected, but won't surprise. Long lasting relationships will last because they're beneficial or pleasant. Things, labeled good or bad by social norm are a concept she cant affort to live by and refuses to accept as her own.

Likes

The New. Most things are exciting to E'Tea for the reason that she has yet to experience many of them, but in the same breath, these things are bound to grow stale to her rather fast for not living up to her initial expectations.
Stories. Growing up in an environment that was limited to their own lore she is always interested in stories others have to tell, of adventures, culture, customs to regional myths and fairytales.
Snow, Storms and Rain. Partial to cold weather, despite the seasonal events of elemental whiplashes to the poor living conditions in her youth, E'tea was always fond of the meditative tranquility snow and rain bring, as well as the almost deafening calm before and after a rough storm.
Craftsmanship. Being a very hands-on person herself, she had always found joy in tinkering and creating with her own hands. She is fascinated with skilled Artisans and Craftsmen and always trying to learn something new and enhance her handiness skills.
Family. Observing strong bonds between the members of a family are fascinating to her.

Dislikes

Apathy. Nothing more aggravating to this Miqo'te than the feeling of Apathy, her own and especially in others. To E'Tea, any reaction is better than none, having an opinion and standing up for oneself, at least the feeling of defeat or shame is all preferable compared to not caring at all.
Hunting. Finding herself adoring wildlife and the innocence of the small and big creatures of The Black Shroud since she was a child, hunting and killing animals for food is something she's likely to shirk on others.
Bookstudy. Maybe choosing to study conjuring and the arcane wasn't the most inspired idea, for looking at the many words in the many books in her immediate future is causing her tail to bristle.
Heat. Her Seeker genes were coming rather short when it came to handling hot weather and dry climates. Opting to show skin and raise attention that way rather than suffocating under layers of cloth, she learned to deal with stares or inappropriate approaches and comments as opposed to sweat clinging to her skin.
Family. Desiring one, jealousy will rear it's ugly head when watching others display strong bonds between family members.

Trivia

Hypocracy. Having a high moral codex that is already made up of her own rules, she doesn't follow up her words often despite using it to judge and form an opinion on others in her mind.
Curiousity. No is not an answer, it is a reason to find out whatever is being hidden from her. She is nosy, has a hard time taking no for an answer and will push the boundaries a little in an attempt to gently pry once her curiousity is peaked.
High alcohol tolerance. 'Warms yer body', 'Makes it easier' and 'Drown the hunger' were all reasons she was brought up with when being offered a drink even by her mother herself, building up a high tolerance towards liquor from a young age due to the circumstance of ale being more common than food or shelter with her folks.
Inventory. She's commonly carrying all sorts of little tools, screws and knick knacks in a pouch tied to the side of her belt and if she can stock up another, smaller clothbag filled with dried foods and sense-enhancing or medical herbs.

There are two sides to every person
Summary - Finishing in the near future Atika Nibulah, on a trip to Ul'dah to buy very specific fabrics for a ceremonial tribal event. E'Binah Nuhn, visiting the Ul'dah Markets supervising the selling of leathers and goods made by his clan. Two lives, colliding with each other in a chaotic circumstance, growing into something beyond Clan Responsibilities. In love, both would spend more and more time together, meeting in the capital under false pretenses, whispered words and tender moments.

And yet, when Atika revealed to the man that she was with child, euphoric about a heir to her matriarchy, their roots would become an obstacle they wouldn't be able to overcome. Being a Nuhn, bonded and sword to his clan, E'Binah suggested to raise the child together under the Seekers name. The female Keeper, proud and finally robbed of her lovestruck veil, didn't take to this kindly. After fights, harsh words and verbal injury, love was lost and Atika left, never to step foot to the godforsaken lands of Thanalan ever again and with her, the unborn child, that would be raised making belief to be the child of Atika's second Keeper mate.

The Nibulah name has been tightly knit with the Botaka and Nnaam, small Keeper families that, together, formed a Clan by themselves of only fourteen, living in the forests of the South Shroud and making a living off poaching and trade in the major cities. Further connections with the Alipoh family encouraged them to become quite handy with several crafts, another source of income and trade.
Raised by the leading female of all the families, Teaka was sheltered and educated to the best of the collective ability and in close relation to the other female Keepers, old and young, learning to spiritually value her standing and importance as well as traditions and tribal ceremonial practices.
But what truly made the kit's heart race wasn't nice garments and flowery accessory weaved into her hair. It was the days when the few consistent mates the clan kept came home from the hunt, and her task to mend the wounds with the magic inherited by the blood in her veins and the spirits of nature. Atika was certain that Teaka would become one of the most talented Nibulah healers in their line and further encouraged her daughters interest in the art of conjuring the elements.

Summary - Finishing in the near future (Teenage years, finding out she is a mixed breed and starting to feel like she doesn't belong. leaving the clan to find her father after growing astrange with her mother. After learning her fathers name and Clan, Teaka changed her name adapting the prefix E' from her fathers side and shortening her name, resulting in the name she goes by now, E'Tea.)

Summary - Finishing in the near future (After tirelessy searching for her father and eventually finding him, now a Tia, she lived with his Seeker Clan for a few years as an outside on the inside, forcing herself to belong until she couldn't bear putting on a face anymore. She leaves once again, unsure of what to do and where to go but not returning to her clan. Follow: years of pilgrim, poaching, hunger and no shelter, eventually becoming a rootless peddler for a while)

Summary - Finishing in the near future (Slowly finding back to her root that is the magic given to her by heritage; picked up conjuring and even started to learn about the practices of an arcanist, at first helping out in small farm villages by healing minor injuries and curing lifestock of disease against payment in shelter and food before being invited to further enhance her studies at the Arcanist Guild in Limsa Lominsa. Became a registered student at the Conjurers Guild in Gridania simultaneously and spends her time studying in fieldpractice in La Noscea or The Black Shroud, all while slowly using the resources in both towns to practice her craftsmanship while seeking refuge and shelter in the respective Guild's halls for a brief rest between travels.)

Acquaintances

Masha'to Jakyaa ( ) - Sweet Talker (PC)
A grave mistake during training in the Central Shroud led to E'Tea walking carelessly into a cave filled with aggressive Voidsent. Just when she thought she was overpowered, the Axe of Masha'to Jakyaa made quick work of the monsters. Yet only later when they ran into each other once more the same day, he took it upon himself to talk to her, showering her in compliments and inviting her for a drink together in the future. He made a rather pleasant impression so far, and she is certainly looking forward to talking once again.

A hesitant demeanour and nervous eyes were E'Tea's first impression of the tall Elezen she met in the Drowning Wench one night. It seems he is headed to Ul'dah and after a shared drink she learned about his ishgardian descend and brother in Thanalan. They planned to meet up again in the near future to brush up on how their plans faired so far.

RP Hooks

Most of anything works for me. Simple Walkups or /tell's are both fine with me to start a scene or just getting in contact for future interactions. I like building long term relationships over several smaller interactions the most but I am also always up for plotting. Anything goes as long as it is reasonably paced and logical (or agreed upon on both sides).
Buscarron's Druthers She used to and still occasionally spends long evenings and nights at the South Shroud's local tavern, some may even know her despite her having no recollection of it, due to a too deep look into the cup and a loosened tongue.
Sagolii Desert There was a time where she was travelling the Sagolii Desert and visiting several known and rumored Seeker Tribes in search for her father, some may still remember her from that.
Conjurer/Arcanist Guild She is an enlisted student at both at the same time, other students, mentors or supervisors from those might know her by name or merely appearance.
Medical Aid for Beasts Fond of both, herbology and the creatures of the land she is beginning to make a name for herself in the outskirts of the main cities she travels as a wandering medical aid for sick lifestock and tamed beasts, accepting goods as well as services as payment for her treatments.

RP Limits

I am!! Very shy.. There is a huge obstacle in me approaching people because the first step is terrifying, but! In actuality, I am up for almost anything you can come up with, especially things that will shake up E'Tea's little world and futher expand her outside view. If it's something you might consider borderline, just send me a tell to verify or try and watch my character reject if you prefer IC interactions only. That being said, I am very new to Ingame RP unlike forum/blog rp so I apologize if I still make mistakes in the process of learning the ropes!
DO Casual Walkup RP is fine. Romance and romantic relationships are fine if they are organic and not forced. I have no issues with harsh language and swearing, Mature Roleplay and darker subjects are okay with me. Minor wounds and injuries are allowed if they won't affect her story outside of the scene. Flirting and sexual advances can be attempted if its logical in that situation, that being said I am not an active ERPer and it is not one of my goals, but if it further develops relationships and fits into the story scenes might be played out privately later if all participants are comfortable writing them.
DON'T Having said that inappropriate advances are okay with me, I'd like to mention that my character is also free to just leave or disregard such actions and when made clear with behavior and words I'd rather not be repeatedly harrassed by 'having her ass grabbed' 5 times in a row. Please do not emote or write out actions and thoughts for my character and expect me to adjust or adapt to what you'd like her to do, I will disregard it and if it happens repeatedly end the roleplay alltogether. I also do not rp with gods.
HESITANT I am still unsure of how to roleplay fighting in the game so unless you are willing to teach me, maybe do not try to engage her into a full on fight. Major injuries and/or crippling wounds and/or trauma are something I'd like to be plot relevant since it will affect her story outside of scenes.
