Ehntil Rakshasa is a young Miqo'te Keeper hailing from the deep forests of the Twelveswood. Working as a traveling hunter for hire, she's always looking for work in hopes of finding a mark truly worth fighting. She is currently staying in Ul'dah.

Appearance & Personality
- Ehntil is a young adult Miqo'te, generally of smaller stature than that of others of her race. Like her mother, she has dark skin, piercing golden eyes and dusky red hair, tapering to a lighter color near the ends. She keeps her hair short to keep it out of the way while she hunts. During the day she wears a pair of elaborate sunglasses to protect her eyes from the excessive light, made and sent to her by her brother, Aeon. When hunting she dresses in simple gear (practical to her, scantily to others). There are light scars littering her body, presumably from her occupation. While not extremely noticeable, she makes no effort to hide them.
- Having spent most of her childhood secluded in the deeper parts of the Shroud, almost every location she visits is new to her. Ehntil is very curious about locations outside the Wood, and she does not hide it. Generally in a good mood, she is pleasant to most she meets. Certain races tend to make her wary, like Roegadyn (very uncommon in the Shroud). Seekers tend to make her uncomfortable. She is frequently seen with an unnamed wolf pup following her around, which she dotes on when possible. Nothing seems to phase her; whether this is out of ignorance or true fearlessness is unknown. She talks much but reveals little about her origins.
- Wields a spear, but also carries a small dagger to hack away the skin after a hunt.
- Ehntil can read and write, her mother teaching basic literacy to all her children. She doesn't read very often, however, and anything as complicated as a magic spell tome or such can leave her confused.
Biography
Childhood
- Ehntil was born the eleventh child and only daughter to Ayon Rakshasa, a skilled hunter known in the area. The only thing she knows about her father is that he is also Aeon's father and nothing more. She was raised in the northern parts of the Shroud, near the base of the mountains and far from other signs of civilization. Her family was part of a small clan, all of them splitting up daily chores. Her family took care of the hunting, while the other two focused on farming and trading. Living in the middle of nowhere, she was self-taught at home by her mother. Rarely did anyone not of her clan venture out that far north.
- From when she was very young, her mother taught her how to use a spear. Being a seasoned adventurer and traveler, the style she was taught is extremely eclectic- mostly a standard Gridanian style, but even slight Ishgardian flares are visible (not that Ehntil can tell, nor will her mother won't reveal where she learnt this). She never learned how to properly skin a hunt, however, since that job was regulated to her other siblings.
- Being the only girl and the youngest, her eldest brothers tend to pick on her or ignore her completely. This wasn't helped by the fact that her mother doted on her and spoiled her whenever possible. Training still could be harsh, but an extra treat here and there didn't go unnoticed by her brothers. She was protected from most bullying by Aeon, however.
Teenage
- When Aeon ran away from home when she was 14, she was devastated an hurt, since he left without telling her. At that point, however, her other brothers didn't pose much of a threat as she could hold her own against them. She spent more and more time alone, hunting in the deeper parts of the Shroud. Most of the hunting duties fell directly to her, despite being the youngest, when more of her brothers started to leave home.
- The Calamity did not personally affect her as much as others. Living further away from others, while sudden debris from Dalamud was an issue, she wasn't necessarily concerned about her family. She and her mother received letters from her brothers quickly enough, so she knew they were all fine. Her mother, on the other hand, was a bit more affected by the whole event. This led to her mother trying to coddle her even more. She couldn't take much of that anymore, after having years of time to herself, but even so her mother was estatic when Ehntil told her she was going to leave home to find her own way. This changed quickly to shock and slight disappointment when Ehntil added she had no intention of returning and starting a family.
Young Adult
- After leaving home, she didn't travel too far at first. Ehntil went directly to Gridania. She had only been there a few times, and being the largest city she currently knew, thought it was a good starting point. She trained a while with the lancers, honing her skills. She soon left and traveled extensively around the Shroud for a long time.
Current
- Currently, Ehntil has traveled to Thanalan looking for more hunting opportunities. After arriving at Ul'dah, she secured herself a room at the Quicksand and started looking around for work.
