Appearance
Elena is a medium height Miqo'te girl with her hair usually up in a pony tail. Her hair is black with white highlights, matching her tail as well. She's almost always in her standard outfit of a White coat/skirt combo, her black gloves/boots, and white thigh-high stockings. Elena bears a single scar slanting downwards in between her eyes, a result from a bad training exercise when she was first learning to cast Fire III. Her eyes have always been a dark shade of red, with a small mole underneath her left eye.
When studying, she wears glasses, but doesn't like to let other people see them, so she is very rarely seen with these on.

Personality
Elena is a relatively shy mage, until she gets to know someone a bit more, then she'll open up and be a great friend! Elena can be a little flirty, but very rarely! She tries to help anyone in need as much as she can, unless a fight breaks out, in which she usually will shy away if possible. The only exception so far has been when her friends have been insulted in front of her, and her anger took over.
She can be very emotional under certain circumstances, even when she doesn't want to show it. It's nearly impossible to hide what she's feeling, through facial expressions/body language.
