Physical Description
Despite a somewhat stiff gait and slower, more deliberate movements, Ghalana seems to take good care of her form. When anything beyond her normally concealing clothing can be seen, it's obvious that she's quite toned though not quite bordering on bulky, skin crisscrossed with numerous scars. Her figure could easily be considered shapely, if pleasingly so.
Her expression seems to range between deadpan and a scowl, depending on the situation. Under rare circumstances will she allow a smile. When she does, elongated canines become quite apparent, lending her a slightly sinister appearance. The vast majority of the time, a pair of pince-nez style glasses are clamped to the bridge of her nose.
Her shock-white hair is nearly always kept short and well maintained, much like her clothing and form in general. Likewise, her eyebrows tend to be plucked and highly maintained. It's a rarity that she can be found with anything that could be considered dirty on her person. Hardly limited in storage capacity, a multitude of small pouches are usually lashed to her belt, bulging with largely unknown contents. One of which seems to be home to a small leather-bound booklet and accompanying charcoal-tipped stylus, both of which she can be seen using on a semi-regular basis.
Clothing seems to be limited to the simple and utilitarian, though she's almost never seen not wearing at least one article of purple. As of late, she's favored a pair of khaki colored shorts, long leather boots, a purple shirt, and iolite gemstone encrusted jewelry. Lashed to her right hip and left boot are her favored weapons, simple and unadorned steel daggers.
Personality
Blunt and to the point. Ghalana is not the sort to mince words nor is she wont to shy away from controversial statements or conversations. While truthful to a fault, she doesn't believe omission of information for the safety as others as being disingenuous. If sufficiently proven incorrect in anything she believes or says, she will accept it at face value just as readily as she states her opinions.
Just as she's ready to give her viewpoint on any matter, she'll gladly listen and consider the opinions of nearly anyone who dissents while offering counter-arguments of her own. As such, she can easily recognize if someone's attempting to get a rise out of her. It's a rare event that she'll actually become angry, though witnessing victimization or the potential thereof will certainly raise her ire.
