I'silwen Telemnar is a Miqo'te, Seeker of the Sun, born and raised in Ul'dah. I'silwen became very devout at a young age due to her excessive need to do something important because a very rare genetic neuromuscular disease was passed down to her from her parents who themselves are not afflicted by it's aggressive nature. It is when I'sil honed her gift of prayer despite having so little, that she discovered her ability to use magick. I'silwen had grown attached to her parents side, going with them to the markets to sell, buy and trade luxurious fabrics and garments. She would go with them until she became too heavy for her parents to carry in their arms or on their back. Without the ability to travel, adventure, or get around by herself I'silwen tried to make a name with the help of her parents using their love and knowledge of tailoring. Eventually I'silwen would have grown older and become more confined to her parents house, allowing her the time to read not only her family's collection of books but far many others she would have sent for. At the age where she could no longer stand to look at herself, for she would be a Spinster, like so many of the downtrodden women roaming the streets begging for coin. What would happen after her parents died? Who would take care of her? Fear turned to sadness, sadness turned to anger, and anger turned to fuel - igniting her interest in magick, those particularly of the healing nature. I'silwen was determined to take charge of her own fate. It was almost like Nymeia herself was giving I'sil a sign. With the use of magick she learned to conjure it into a healing form, one in which she could use on herself. Day by day she grew stronger, meditating and learning to absorb the aether from her surroundings, the atrophy on all of her muscles reduced severely, allowing her to walk with a cane.

Height: 4 fulms, 10 ilms (or lowest height slider in-game) - Quite short for a Miqo'te, having lost several inches due to her dibilitating disease.
Weight/Body: 100 ponz, frail/brittle bones.
Body: Very petite, and short, elegant despite her slight hobble she experiences with her cane. She is very androgenous as far as how her body is shaped in clothes, having a very small but perky chest. One of the few things giving her away as having a slightly feminine figure were her large hips from sitting most of her life. A long and fair cream colored tail would protrude from the back of her garment, the way she held or moved it would usually depend on her mood.
Complexion: The entirety of I'silwen's body would be covered in medium length, but thick cream colored hair, places like her tail, nose, and ears would be quite noticeably hairier than the rest of her. The bridge of her nose seemed to gradient into a cocoa brown, while the underside of her nostrils was a very dark and dewy nosepad. Peeking out from her light fur is actually a fairly tanned skin from living in the sweltering heat of Ul'dah.
Hair: A slightly dirty blonde hue with natural platinum blonde highlights. A wispy angular bob going from back to front - short to long , with very blunt bangs that have been razored in an uneven messy fashion. The back of her bob comes up to the base of her skull, where her hair is slightly shaved downward in a gradient effect.
Attire: Usually found in an airy silken loose-fitting robe with a braided leather waistcord paired with a hand-fashioned set of mules - the bottoms wooden and etched with intricate designs when out and about in Ul'dah. She's usually quite conservative as she's too self concious about her body though the heat can be very persuasive and some days can't help but slide a pair of shorts and sandals on. In other cases when found around her flat she may be wearing a crocheted tank top she made herself, or found spinning yarn for her various customers and herself. The variety of clothing she makes is for all shapes and sizes, knowing how difficult it can be to match up to the standards of most luxury garment makers you may find, the clothes she wears speaks volumes about the type of designer she is.

Conjury: I'sil, having been primarily wheelchair bound, eventually gave up the idea she was going to spend the rest of her life confined to live with her parents with no chance of seeing the world and would likely be a tailor like her parents. When she was old enough she had managed to convince herself that learning magic was the only solution to her problem. Eventually she found a way to sneak some books past her parents and into her bedroom, with pages of ways to conjure elements and wield them for great restorative and healing capabilities. With much meditation and study she could harness the power of absorbing aether from her surroundings well enough to restore her frail limbs for a limited time, allowing her to get around using her sturdy carved cane with ease.
White Magick: It was only natural for I'sils thirst for knowledge of restorative magick and complete belief that fate had spoken to her through her disease that she would soon after learning the ways of conjury devote herself to become a White Mage. She is convinced the Twelve, possibly even Nymeia herself after countless hours of prayer intervened and gave her a sign to pursue any sort of way to not only help herself but help others. At this point in her life she became devoted to using as little magick for herself, so she could give back as much as possible to others. She traveled in the back of many wagons with the rain on her back, moving from camp to camp to aid wounded for nothing but a warm meal and a place to sleep most of the time.
Disciple of the Hand: Tailoring is something that was passed down to I'sil by her parents, wanting her to take their craft of weaving and needlework and give her purpose in a life that would otherwise be dim. She would be selling her clothes and making a name for herself while garnering favor with local charities by donating clothes to the homeless. At times she seemed more dedicated to helping others than her parents did about giving away so much stuff for free. For years and several sore fingers she finally learned how to embroider, giving her clothes the extra touch she needed to start truly making a name for herself. After years of meditation and honing her skill to be able to get around she was finally able to employ others and sell her stuff to other outlying regions.
Disciple of the Land: Once I'sil found her strength in magic she was able to go outside the city walls of Ul'dah to explore and harvest various herbs and things she would need for her tailoring.
* I'sil was born with a neuromuscular degenerative disease, affecting all of the muscles in her body. Over time, without magic, her muscles would waste away until she is no longer able to do things such as move, eat, or ultimately breath.
* I'sil is somewhat of a loner, having been cooped up with nothing but the ability to weave and read. She was hindered from going out and participating in a lot of things with people her age and tends to get a bit self concious when she does manage to spend time with people. The few people she would consider friends would likely call her a nerd.
* Usually I'sil spends a lot of time tending to the sick and wounded so her combative skills would only be ranged and limited in terms of movement. The magick it would take to sustain her degenerative nature on a daily basis in a combative sort of environment would definitely take a lot of prayer and possibly even power from an outside source. Currently she is researching a way to make this possible, for fear of needing to defend herself against very powerful creatures she may run into in her travels.

Voice: Soothing, yet very high pitched tonally when speaking. She is usually the voice of reason among her friends and has a very good temperament, nothing ever seems to get to her to the point where she might raise her voice. Though when she's by herself she loves to sing hymns, few people have heard her but have regarded her with having a very mastered vocal range.
Demeanor: Very shy towards other's she's not familiar with, mostly having a tendency to keep to herself. However, around people she is comfortable with she lights up and comes out of her shell. She can become very outgoing and talktative, inquisitive because of her lack of experience and sometimes challenging to understand because of the way she strings together sentences when speaking about something she is passionate about. I'silwen generally has a 'glass half full' attitude even within more dire circumstances. She can often be found praying or with the sick and needy.
Intelligence: Despite having traveled little and had very few 'real life' experiences, I'silwen is well versed in all the hardships that life may present even within the confines of where she grew up. I'silwen would spend most of her days reading when she wasn't sewing, spinning, or singing. It became quite a hobby of hers to collect books or donate the ones she had read to local libraries, keeping most of her more sacred books about conjury and white magick tucked away safely in her room. She was fortunate enough to have been tutored at home, but would never have much use for what she learned in the outside world. When it comes to design or making pieces 'fit' together, I'silwen has a knack for finding a way to make it happen. She would have spent several years taking orders and doing the books for her family, have a keen sense of scheduling and how to conduct business related meetings.
