Character

History

J'dari was born from a union of a female Seeker of the Sun, named J'kara. His father was a Keeper of the Moon, named Kierra'to Fashtoni. J'dari's mother was worried about her affair with a Keeper, as she was mated to the head Jackal Nuhn, which she also had a child to named J'daron. J'kara was afraid should the Nuhn, find out a Keeper "defiled" one of his mates, he'd kill J'dari or all three. She wanted to leave, as she never wanted to be mated to a Nuhn. But she felt it was her duty to stay, despite her hatred of tribal life. Kierra'to promised J'kara he'd visit her and their son every possible evening.

Life growing up in the Jackal stronghold, wasn't exactly very grand for J'dari, nor his mother. After word got around, the tribe members called J'kara all sorts of names, saying no Nuhn would bed her now, after a Keeper had her. Kitlings would even call J'dari a filthy half-breed, weakling, or whoreson. Also saying by applying the Jackal tribe title to his name, was a disgrace to the tribe. J'dari's brother, J'daron, was the cruelest, as he didn't waste words. He'd constantly push, and beat J'dari up while his friends laughed. Afterwards J'dari would go to his mother, battered and bruised, having her cleaned and cradling him. However despite his mistreatment, J'dari never lost his glowing personality. During their Pugilist training with their mother, while J'daron loved the idea of beating things with his fists. J'dari was always distant, either watching fish swim in a stream, butterflies sucking nectar from a flower, or sitting on his favorite rock outside the stronghold, looking up at the clouds. As he grew older, he began to share many traits of his father, which his mother respected the most. He had an interest in nature, and always prefer the sounds of the Rhotano Sea, the wind, and the gulls in the distance. It always gave him peace, only second to his mother's embrace.

Though, J'dari saw little of his father, he enjoyed what talks they did have very much. Kierra'to would incouraged J'dari to leave the Stronghold, and tell him to find his own path. He trained J'dari to be an Archer, but thought Conjurery would be best left to the Guild, in Gridania. When J'dari was turning fourteen, Kierra'to gave him a female Chocobo chick as a birthday gift, that was orphaned during the war with the Garlean Empire. J'dari called the chick, Sapphire, due to her beautiful sapphire eyes. They were the best of friends for the next three years. When J'kara died from an unknown cause, J'dari left the Jackal tribe to take his father's advice to find his own path. So J'dari traveled to Limsa Lominsa, to join a pirate crew. He felt it was the only true way of freedom.

Fortunately for J'dari, the pirates he joined had a strict but easy code to follow, "Never harm the innocents." As the pirates only attacked rogue pirates, or Garlean weapon shipments, but never innocent merchants. J'dari felt at home with the pirates, they cared not that he was a half-breed, they cared not about a person's past or someone's "person preferences." All they cared about, was how well you worked together... it wasn't just another crummy pirate band. It was a family... his family.

Appearence

[Picture needs changed] J'dari is about 5'8", his eyes are rounded like his father's, but yellow like his mother's. His hair is silver his father, and he goes between braided to loose, and has his mother's a long thin tail. His skin is a mix of his parents', by day it looks like normal tan Seeker skin, but at night it seems to be somewhat ashy tan. He has a scar across his face from his right cheek, to his left brow. It was given to him by J'daron, during one of his daily beatings.

Personality

Like his father, he has a very independent nature. Loving to spend time wandering like Kierra'to. He has a kind heart, despite how he was treated as a kid. He's shy, optimistic, stubborn, giving, and compassionate. He despises those who try to control others,

Family

• Mother - J'kara. A sweet loving Seeker woman, always willing to do for others, and not excepting anything in return.
• Father - Kierra'to Fashtoni. An independent Keeper man, always at peace living with nature, even took Conjurer and Archery training.
  

• Half brother - J'daron Tia. J'daron's cruel and loves feeling he's better than everyone else. And hopes to be the future head Jackal Nuhn.
