Kana is known for selling the greatest elixirs in all the land. A high price, but worth the gil. Or was she known for owning the most renown chocobo farm in Eorzea? Perhaps she was the finest Triple Triad Player to ever grace The Golden Saucer with her presence? No? The elixirs were just potions? Those chocobo were stolen? She had cards hidden in her sleeve...? Well who is she?
For those that recognize the young actress, she can be identified as quite the con-artist. Always thinking quick, she has lies constantly lined up for any questions thrown her way. Kana always has a crazy scheme in mind. Often times she'll recruit other people into her insane ideas, sometimes she'll ask and sometimes she'll just turn them into part of the scheme. Kana is a slippery Au Ra, always on the move and constantly giving fake names to keep her identity from becoming too familiar. One day, Kana might be the darling damsel in distress, the next she might be the fiery adventurer simply looking for her next quest, the hooded thief gathering gil from oblivious citizens, or even a grieving newlywed whose husband was slain by an axe beak as they traveled through skull valley and now needs a hefty donation to get home. Kana keeps things interesting, occasionally reusing a past plot when she really needs some extra money. There is one thing all of her schemes have in common, the desire of coin.
Aspects That Stand Out:
Kana is an adventurous person, she is nomadic, always traveling around. Occasionally she stop in somewhere that she's already visited but usually it's a constant move for her. She enjoys exploring new places and isn't someone to say no to trying something new. On that note, she is also a bit spontaneous. Kana hardly ever plans things out (or follows a plan for that matter), she lives life on a whim. Creative and a quick thinker, she always finds a colorful way to avoid sticky situations and doesn't hesitate in solving any issues thrown her way. The con-woman is also known for being daring - she's bold and not afraid to say things most people wouldn't even consider. She pushes boundaries, sometimes a little too far.
The young Au Ra is also known for being very expressive and a bit melodramatic. She tends to exaggerate most things she says and does, partly due to her love for acting and putting on different faces. Kana tends to add extra emphasis into her words and actions. While she is expressive, she is also pretty good at keeping some of her feelings bottled up in order to "play the part". Her actions can sometimes scream shameless, as others opinions aren't things that generally affect her. When Kana isn't putting on an act, whether it be for fun or for a scheme, she can be rather sarcastic. Many of her words are spoken with a sense of optimism or cheeriness, but in reality - Kana is optimistically pessimistic. Kana is the type of person to cheer people with "well, you're dying, but at least you're not getting eaten alive by a coeurl." Her views tend to lean towards pessimistic, but she always adds her own "uplifting" tid bit to it. She is very selfish with most of her actions. It takes a bit for her to get attached to someone, but once she does, they receive her undying loyalty. Kana is resilient, able to come back from some of the hardest situations easily and pick right back up where she left off.
