Details Personality Relationships Rumors Gallery OOC Notes [edit] GENERAL INFORMATION Kasasari is an one-hundred something-old viera who had found a life in Hingashi... Until recently, it is, that he left. An ex-warden and tutor of the clan Kurasagi now traveling around without a destination. He is a powerful geomancer, training for decades in the art and then passing it to others. Kasasari feels deeply responsible not only for the correct use of his magic, but also for how any of his pupils might use the power he taught them. Patient, polite, and somewhat condescending are words that define well the warlock. APPEARANCE He is a small and lithe viera with white ears and hair, spotted with a purple-ish brown, and dark blue eyes. As a wanderer, he tries to adapt to the culture of the places he pass through, and may be seen with a myriad of wardrobes. His posture is annoyingly stiff and upright, and he can always be seen doing far eastern mannerisms to the attentive eye: From the way he sits to the way he serves tea. It is rare to catch the Viera unclean or unkept. Aspects That Stand Out: ■ White dragon rune. The dragon is the symbol of Kurasagi's spellcasters, and is marked upon his face. The white dragon indicates him as a geomancer. He will not hide it, neither call attention to it. [edit] PERSONALITY Kasasari strives ever to be the perfect image of the hingan mentor: He always strive to treat others with respect, to be caring when needed, to not be afraid to correct, who tries to help his students to achieve their goals. He also achieves to be the image of the perfect hingan retainer to his lord. Whilst the second part is still reserved to his lord on the Kurasagi clan, the first one applies to almost everyone he meets. He tends to see other people, specially younger ones, as people to be guided and teached... instead of equals. This is where his condescending part comes from: He may as well be always prestative and polite, but also is very tend to think that his way is the right way. L I K E S ■ Students of Spellcasting. He was a teacher of the arcane for decades, and is very fond of this same role. He feels special affinity to any promising spellcaster out there. ■ Peaceful Outlooks. Kasasari has more peaceful approaches to others and to life, and is more found of those who share them. D I S L I K E S ■ Other Viera. He isolated himself on an archipelago that is already reclusive for almost a century. He's not ready to face his own kin again. ■ Solitude. Kasasari has grown used to have so many people around him. He knows how to act amongst them, and for those who care for hingan virtues in particular, how even to convince them. ■ Magic. This is full age of majority on where I live, so I'm allowed to play for contents that would be classified 21+ on the USA. My timezone is EST+1 (UTC-4). I'm mostly active at afternoon and night. I'm looking for connections, particularly with hingan characters. If someone has a clan, I will forego the Kurasagi clan, join theirs, retcon the existence of the Kurasagi clan, and make Kurasagi some kind of title in faux japanese. Personal RP Limits I'm experienced in pbp/tabletop RP but not in MMO RPs. I'm still trying to wet my feet and see what I like and what I do not in MMO roleplaying. I don't like school roleplaying at all. I'm open to romantic subplots, but I don't like romance as a genre. I prefer drama and medieval fantasy. ■ I will play walk-up and /tells, cross-world linkshells, Forum RP, Discord RP, canon FFXIV scenarios, +18 scenarios, roleplays and scenes not based on romance. ■ I won't play ERP, romances that look like they were ripped straight out of a young adult shelf, collegial RPs. He isn't going to accept most people as romantic partners (though one sided infatuation or the likes would be fun). He's a powerful sorcerer and isn't adequated for low tier adventuring quests.
