Basic Info
Stuck in a diurnal schedule despite attempting numerous times to return to a nocturnal schedule. As a result, he's always squinting against the sunlight on bright days (which, in Ul'dah, is most days). He lets his hair grow long enough over his forehead to give his eyes a little shelter. Whether his hair is in the way or it's just the sun he has to contend with, he's at a slight visual disadvantage and relies on his other senses to make up the difference. Someday, he'll learn about shaded spectacles.
Always wearing a backpack with a bedroll tied to it. Whenever possible, he sleeps in the wilderness, outside and out of the way.
Doesn't know his full name or what tribe he came from.
History
He wandered into Ul'dah one day, meek and cautious despite the armor he was wearing (elaborately decorated with red scrollwork motifs but only semi-decent in actual quality), and may have ended up slumming it in the Pearl Lane or worse if he hadn't been mistaken for an adventurer and told to register with the guild. Having proven himself a reasonably capable fighter with the first few odd jobs he got, he has since then been doing levequests to make a living. He keeps to himself, spending as much time outside the city as possible.
Personality
Quiet, inconspicuous, observant, humble, kind but doesn't really go out of his way to be so, tries to avoid getting involved in anything any more than necessary, fearful and especially reserved around women of all races, unreceptive to flirtation, averse to physical contact of all types. Does not adhere to any principles of honor or fairness in combat--he's not willing to risk his life for something like that, and he's not an excellent fighter (not yet, at least) so he'll take all the help he can get.
