Neko is a cider maker originating from his family's farm in Gridania. He grew up around apples, picking them and helping his family sell them at the markets in the city. His interest in cider started when his grandma started to steal him away to teach him the ways passed down through his family for generations. Once he mastered his craft, he left the farm behind and took his talents to the city. He now sells his cider in the markets of Gridania, where he now lives. He sells cider to a city with little to no competition, and strives to be known all over Gridania and eventually all of Eorzea.
Neko is a male miqo'te of well below average height, to almost laughable levels of shortness. He is made fun of for this height often. He has gray hair with a touch of light blue highlights on his short hair. He is often found in his favorite sweater, no matter what the weather outside is.
Neko is a country boy, and his accent fits his upbringing. Because of growing up in a smaller community, he has not adjusted well to city life, and is very shy and secluded. Get him talking about his passions and you'll find it hard to get him to stop talking. He is very sweet and caring, and confident. Despite his confidence, he doesn't know how to handle himself in a fight, and this has gotten him into many rough situations.
