♦ General

Shrewd, ambitious, and uncompromising. As the only child of a poor and unwed mother, and one of few Miqo'te in the city of Ul'dan, she has been tempered into a bulwark of a girl, unafraid to drive her heels in and stand her ground against anyone who would stand in the way of her desires. Being a guild apprentice may not seem prestigious to most, but you wouldn't know it to look at her, for she carries her head high and takes pride in her every accomplishment.

♦ Appearance

If you asked the average Ul'dahn what a Miqo'te girl looks like, they'd probably paint you a picture involving rosy cheeks and "generous proportions". In that sense, they would find Pelhi a disappointment. She is a plain and mousy girl, who has not grown especially tall or thick. Her skin is a cool brown tone, pocked with freckles across the bridge of her nose, and her hair is jet black and fine. Long, thin scars cross her face and cheek, but she does not hide them under powder or blush. Her brows are thick and express much emotion that her narrow eyes fail to.
Her hands are rough and calloused from manual labor, but strong, dexterous, and steady. Her feet are also small, even for her size.

♦ Personality

At first blush, most people find Pelhi polite, if short-spoken. Keeping her mouth shut is a survival instinct she learned the hard way, but when you get her talking, don't expect her to stick to pleasantries, because she'll let people know exactly what she thinks about anything, or anyone. You may also find her difficult to impress if you tell tales of grand adventures and heroic exploits, for what truly earns her favor is far rarer: gentleness, generosity, and genuine kindness. Show her those and you may not be able to get rid of her favor even if you tried!
When working, she can become totally engrossed in her labor, as if possessed by the very spirit of creation. This also makes her quite easily startled when she's lost in her needle and thread.

Combat

Pelhi is not in the business of starting fights, or ending them. That being said, she has developed a talent for avoiding physical confrontations.
