R'mohka Tia is miqo'te born to the raptor tribe of Vylbrand. Though young, Mohka has sailed under various captains for most of his teen years, being more or less shanghaied onto his first crew as a boy while being rescued from an marauding band of Serpent Reavers. A viable seaman and part time thief, most know the boy for his stutter and his foul-mouthed parrot, Jabberjaw. Effervescent and upbeat, some see Mohka, as a bumbling mischief maker rather than a budding career criminal. It seems like he can never stay saddled with a crew as he is always looking for another while stranded on land.
