History of Early Life

R'tah was born one stormy night in a small town outside of Limsa. His mother was a courtesan and as such, never knew who R'tah's true father was. His mother passed away from a horrible sickness when he was only 3 and a few days later he was taken in by a traditional seeker, his aunt, who was of the Raptor tribe. She gave him a name fitting of his new family and he was acepted into the tribe as if it had been his own all along.Growing up, his older cousin would often take R'tah out and taught him how to hunt and fish.:Upon entering his teenage years he was considered to be one of the hunters for his tribe and he excelled at it.
After some time he began to fall for one of the female Miqo'te in his tribe. They had been sharing feelings for each other for some time, but her father being a strict Keeper would not let them pursue a relationship with him unless he achieved his Nuhn status. Being so young, R'tah withheld his challenge from his tribes much older Nuhn, both out of respect for the Male, and a bit out of fear.
All his plans would suddenly change when his tribe was attacked by a band of roaming pirates. The ensuing conflict for R'tah was short lived when he threw himself over the girl he loved to protect her from an explosion that threw shrapnel into the air around them. He had arose unharmed and helped her up. He motioned for her to leave and turned his attention back to the fight.
He was met with a sickening thud and a sharp piercing pain. He looked down to see the shaft of an arrow sticking from his chest, right above his heart. R'tah didn't remember much of that day after that. he had blacked in and out for several days, ensure of his surroundings but knew he was being moved. When he did fully come to, he was aboard a merchants wagon heading to Ul'dah where he sooned received proper medical care from the citites healers.
After healing he bagun to hunt and fish the deserts and waters of Thanalan until he repaid his debts to the merchant couple that helped him. As soon as he was paid up he secured passage aboard a wagon and returned to where his tribe had been, only to find the camps empty and void of life. He hunted for weeks to no avail.
he was filled with anger against the pirates who had attacked and caused him to lose his family. He began to ask around about the rogues guild. His questions were soon answered by a dark shadow on a windy night, the shadow offered him a position into the guild and he readily accepted.

Current Events

The next several years saw R'tah slip from teenage years into a man. His position and skill within the guilds rank rose to noticeable status. His views however were changing. His heart began to trun from the stony block it had become, and instead becom full of compassion and mercy to those less fortunate.
This new feeling saw him more wanting to be a protector of the weak and defenseless. At the age of 25, he resigned respectfully from the Rogues Guild and ventured to Ul'dah where refuges where pouring in and crime was at an all time high. He'd seek to find a way to help those around him.

Looks

Bright blue eyes peer from under jet black hair that is swept back over his head.
Time in the sun is evident by the natural tan of his skin
He's taller for a Miqo'te and weighs around 180lbs

Mannerisms

He's cocky and holds a high opinion of himself. he takes pride in the way he looks and trys to remain spotless and clean
To those around him, he would seem a harmless member of the city, if not a loud one, but he is a well versed combatant with a blade and bow. Blending into the crowds as if a shadow in the night.

Combat/Abilities

A sure shot with a bow, it is his weapon of choice and he always seems to be carrying it with him. he prefers his shortbow as it allows for a more free range of motion for scaling rocks, trees, and house roofs. He prefers to being light and agile on his feet and avoide heavy armor. usually only wearing cloth or the occasional leather.
His time in the Rogues guild saw a fellow member teach him the way of sword and shield, and though he picked it up rather quickly, he still prefers his bow
