Rhia Eliha is a Keeper of the Moon businesswoman currently residing at the Sanctum's Song in the Goblet. A keen mind for numbers is nestled behind her aloof, frosty exterior, and though she has something of a distaste for the common folk she still makes frequent trips to Ul'Dah and beyond for business.

Basic Info

LIKES ■ A good cup of dark coffee - If her schedule conspires to force her to deviate from a nocturnal waking cycle, Rhia will require coffee. She can be rather particular about its preparation. ■ Control - While many would say that Rhia's delight in her work comes from the money, sense of fulfillment, or frequent market victories, she regards these things as bonuses. What she savors the most is the power that she is able to wield. Moving small fortunes with a few scratches of a quill on parchment is nothing short of intoxicating for the Keeper, as is the authority she commands over Song employees.

DISLIKES ■Nosiness - The only thing Rhia takes more seriously than the confidentiality of her clients is her own privacy. Attempts to pry into the Keeper's affairs, or even just sneak a peek at her room, are met with respectively aloofness or outright hostility. She's not above a pleasant bit of chitchat with a stranger, but beware any attempt to pry deeper.

Demeanor and Personality

Rhia dresses herself in precision and wealth. Polished silver glitters where it adorns her slender form, which itself maintains an immaculate posture. Her clothes are as sharply cut as her movements, each seam or stitch a masterpiece and each step measured. The sharp, steady clack of high heels tends to announce her impending presence when she wants her employees to sweat, but is rather conspicuously absent if the situation demands subtlety.

Where her manner lends rigidity, her words bring the cold to the icy presence of the woman. Professional apathy defines any encounters that she has outside of a very select group of friends, and she slices straight to the point when in meetings, whether they be business or pleasure. Attempts to 'thaw' her heart are accepted if only for the amusement that they lend to her day, though if she is too busy to have a bit of fun then her suitor's endeavor is mercilessly crushed underneath the point of a stiletto heel.

Arcanism

Rhia is well educated and highly practiced in manipulating Aether. While her handle on healing magics is rudimentary at best and her combat forms are only as potent as needed to escape a pinch, she excels in what she would describe as the more useful utilitarian spells. Ward construction and dismantling is child's-play to the Keeper, and the slim grimoire she keeps on her person is filled with spells more useful for bypassing barriers and moving unseen than confronting beasts.

While she has dabbled in conjury at the behest of others, her abilities with it are rudimentary at best. She tends to not rely upon them and does not mind if that particular skillset becomes rusty.

Espionage

Be it moving from point A to point B without detection, defeating a lock, driving a knife neatly between the ribs, or prying up the secrets hidden between the lines of a confidential slip of parchment, Rhia excels in the arts of the rogue. In her current line of work they see only seldom use, practiced only as necessary to keep her own person safe or secure a vital tidbit of information, but the keen edge to her talents suggests that they used to have much greater worth to her.

Money

Rhia has something of an uncanny intuition when it comes to wealth and the amassing thereof. She boasts an impressive rate of return for anyone caring to invest through her in the Ul'Dah markets, and if allowed to sift through expense or profit reports she can always find a few gil to be saved. While this has earned her a roster of legitimate investors, some of her clientele are not entirely savory. The woman has no qualms about handling money for pimps and drug kingpins, sometimes even advising them on how their respective operations can be improved when her experience proves relevant. Even so the Keeper regularly finds herself on the wrong end of a criminal's anger when gil is inevitably lost to the flights and fancies of the open market, a fact that has caused her no small deal of pain and injury in the past.

Occupational hazard, she explains, tilting her head so that her hair falls to mostly conceal the scar across her left eye.
