A young woman from the waters of the Ruby Sea, Rokka Dikaios is often seen wandering around the lands of Eorzea doing heroic deeds and asking 2 strange questions: "How does one turn tepid blood warm?" "Have you ever heard of a sailor named Dikaios?"

Appearance

Hair: A bob accompanied by a braided headband.

Hair color: A light lavender with highlights of snow white.

Eyes: Naturally a ruby red, but the left eye seems to have gone white from blindness.

Height: 4'9.5 ft (146 cm)

Personality

"A lazy grumbler", as many would describe Rokka on first impressions alone. Sure, you can often see her dozing off while sunbathing on a warm rock or hear constant complaints on how the rain sucks or how her healers didn't heal her wounds fast enough. And while both are true, there is perhaps something more virtuous about her. While grumbling, she's always seen doing tasks for the local people regardless of personal gain. Perhaps she understands the hopelessness of not have a person to rely on and the importance of helping and being helped...
